We really did not have any specific brands that we were interested in purchasing. However, after seeing the incredible selection of both men and women fragrances, we immediately decided, that we were not going to leave empty handed. We were immediately greeted upon our arrival and made to feel welcomed, by the entire staff of Cos Bar of Montecito! However, on this particular visit, we were fortunate to be assisted by sales representative, Debora Kraushaar. She greeted us with a huge smile and "hello." Debora was absolutely welcoming, polite, knowledgeable, and really made us feel like family. She was able to answer all our questions and was extremely generous with her time in helping us; especially considering, there were several other customers that she was also busy helping. Debora has an extremely generous spirit! She treated us more like family, than customers! The ambiance of Cos Bar is absolutely luxurious, and the staff obviously embrace their job(s), with an infectious passion! The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, and wonderfully polite. I've been to several department stores and boutiques shopping for fragrances, but I've never experienced the quality of service, nor the sheer selection, of quality products, that were on display. In closing, for those in the market for a new fragrance, or beauty product, especially, very difficult brands to acquire; or if you're just looking to replace your current fragrance, or beauty product(s), you definitely have to take a step inside Cos Bar of Montecito and look around. I guarantee, that you'll not regret the decision for a second. The warmth and kindness of the staff, certainly helps to create an amazing and memorable experience! Thank You Cos Bar of Montecito & Debora

Today I went in and was being assisted and in the middle of a lipstick consultation, when the associate left me saying she had to assist another customer who had just walked in. Without a doubt, Carly has the Best reputation in Ventura County because she knows what she's doing and she does it well. There are other people doing work for much less but honestly their work looks atrocious. This is the face you're talking about! 5 weeks ago I took the plunge and had my brows done. Carly was wonderful! She was extremely professional, super sweet and patient. She patiently spent 1.5 hours with me just dealing with me being extremely anal about how I wanted my brows a very certain way. I'm very picky because eyebrows are a big part of the face. I did not want to end up with something I didn't like , especially if it's permanent! She really worked with me and listened to my needs and in the end I am very, very pleased ! I didn't yelp about it right away because I wanted to see how my brows healed. They healed up very well ! The microblade strokes look like real brow hairs. So much nicer than brow pencil. Today was my final touch up appointment and she filled in the gaps and my brows look just amazing! It is wonderful to wake up to beautiful brows that I never thought I could have. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting their brows bladed or tattoo eyeliner. I think that's next on the list for me . J. Sterling

BUDGET FRIENDLY BEAUTY: It's not glamorous, but sometimes a…read moregirl just has to get her secret beauty finds without breaking the bank. Come here for kind service, quick in-and-out, and a generous selection of moderate-end beauty products such as shampoos, conditioners, treatments, blow dryers, hair color, and more. They also have a small selection of earrings and eyelashes. The staff are always willing to help, and everything is well organized. The only suggestion I have is that I would prefer not to be asked each time about Sally Beauty rewards, but that is probably coming down from corporate. It's no Sephora or ULTA, and I would still go to those places for makeup, but then you would be paying twice or three times as much for certain items. It's a small store, right next to CVS and other shopping in the Calle Real Shopping Center.

I came the very next day to return it. Although the product was new, in box and I didn't even use it, they refused to get me a refund. I spent a while discussing with girl who works there and I showed her that even in the receipt says they accept returns with less than 60 days of having bought it. The girl went to call her supervisor and they only gave the option to choose between some other shavers. Some weeks later I found out that I could've gotten my shaver much cheaper on Amazon and with guarantee for a longer time.

I had a really good experience with customer service at the returns/order pick-up desk this morning…read more(8/2/26). The woman working was so sweet and helpful! She made the experience quick, easy, and painless! As someone who's worked in retail, I know those roles can be tough and patience can wear thin, but she was so bubbly and kind. I was already having a rough morning and truly appreciated her kindness! Also, I love that Macy's still stocks Papyrus stationary/cards (carousels of the cards are near the returns' desk) - it's so hard to find them anywhere and they have a great selection!

Unfortunately, after only wearing them for about a day and a half, the bottom of the shoe started coming apart while I was out on a walk. I had to walk home with the sole flapping around. I brought them back to Macy's two days after purchasing them, expecting a simple return for a defective product. Instead, the process was frustrating. The cashier who originally sold me the shoes was the one handling the return, but I still had to explain the situation. She then brought out another employee, who inspected the shoes and I again explained that they were purchased just two days earlier and were clearly defective. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. She then had to go check with someone else, and both employees disappeared into the back for several minutes before finally processing the credit. A defective product can happen, but how a company handles the situation matters. This was not a customer-friendly experience, and it certainly did not make me feel valued as a customer. This was my first time physically shopping at a department store in years since I usually shop online. Unfortunately, this experience makes me much less likely to return to Macy's. I am also still waiting to confirm that the refund was issued correctly, since the receipt appears to show a card number that does not match the card I used for the purchase. I hope that gets resolved without further hassle. Not a good way to win back customers.

I knew I wanted to do something to my eye area to look more youthful after 25 years of Botox in my…read moreforehead. Funny how things align. Long story short, my mom and I (who has since passed away) were shopping at the cute makeup store in Montecito next to Jeannine's. A woman there was helping us, and my mom, who was 86 at the time, told her she had beautiful skin and lips and asked if she saw someone. She smiled, handed my mom Dr. Yegiyants' business card, and that was that. Fast forward about six months. My injector, Melissa (who had been doing my Botox and filler for years), decided to join Dr. Yegiyants' office. I couldn't believe it! I made an appointment for my Botox and was able to spend a few minutes with Dr. Yegiyants. I went in thinking I needed skin removed from my upper eyelids. She walked in wearing the chicest blue leather dress, gently placed her finger just above my eyebrow, lifted it slightly, and said something like, "All you need is this." Then she added, "Not a surprised look..." I was sold. I didn't need to hear anything else except, "When can we schedule it?" About a month later, I had my brow lift. I honestly didn't do much research because I believe that when things align like this, they're meant to be. On the day of surgery, I was dropped off feeling completely at ease. From the moment I walked in, the office felt like family. Everyone there is genuinely kind, warm, and caring. I even had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Yegiyants' husband, who also works in the office. The surgical suite is immaculate, private, and welcoming. Once I was in my cozy pre-op outfit, the nurses kept me laughing and completely entertained. I wasn't nervous for a second. Before surgery, Dr. Yegiyants came in, carefully looked me over, and we reviewed the plan one more time. It was such a comforting moment. She looked like an astronaut in all of her surgical gear, and somehow that made me smile. I went into surgery with a forehead that had always felt heavy. I came out looking lighter, happier, and more feminine--while still looking like myself. I saw Dr. Yegiyants the very next day and returned for several follow-up visits. Everything healed beautifully, and I always felt completely cared for. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yegiyants and her entire team. They are exceptionally professional, compassionate, and talented. If you're wondering whether you should do it, my answer is yes. You'll probably ask yourself why you waited so long. She takes incredible care of her patients from beginning to end, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

A Shoutout to My Favorite Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Sara Yegiyants!…read more I wanted to take a moment to give a special shoutout to my favorite plastic surgeon, Dr. Sara Yegiyants in Santa Barbara! I have been seeing Dr. Yegiyants since 2016, when I first went to her for a breast revision, and most recently, I had my nose done last year. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly talented, skilled, and meticulous. I absolutely love that she is such a perfectionist and pays attention to every little detail. Her precision and artistry are truly one of a kind! Whenever someone asks me in Montecito or at the Polo grounds who my plastic surgeon is, I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Yegiyants. I have complete confidence in her work, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I also have to give a special shoutout to her amazing nurse, Samira Spantman, who is just as wonderful! I absolutely love the Moxi treatments and have now done six of them. They are totally worth it! From the moment you walk into the office, you know you are in great hands. The entire team is amazing, and I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. If you're looking for exceptional care, incredible attention to detail, and a team that truly takes pride in what they do, Dr. Yegiyants and her staff are absolutely worth a visit! Thank you, Dr. Yegiyants and Samira, for always taking such wonderful care of me! I couldn't recommend you more!
