I told her that the inventory I was looking at online showed that it was still available, but she rudely and impatiently countered that she had more current information, so I deferred to her. After I checked with the actual cruise line itself, I sent her evidence that the cabin I wanted was indeed available and to please change us back. She made no apologies for her mistake. It was a very uncomfortable encounter and I'm nervous that we will not get the support we need if anything were to come up with the cruise later because of how unwilling she was to help. We will see how it goes, and I will come back and update my review if this company is able to prove that they are worth their customers' trust. Booking a vacation should not feel like we are an inconvenience or treated like dummies.
