Although this program is 100% online, the school charges exorbitant additional fees that are the same as (or grouped with) the pre-licensure/on-campus BSN program. This includes differential tuition of hundreds of dollars per semester and multiple on-campus student fees -- despite the fact that RN-BSN students do not use on-campus facilities, parking, or in-person resources. Most employers only reimburse tuition, not fees, so these extra charges come directly out of pocket. For me, this added up to thousands of dollars that I could not be reimbursed for, simply because the program categorizes these costs as "fees" instead of integrating them into tuition. It feels misleading and financially unfair to working nurses who choose the online option because it's supposed to be flexible and affordable. The RN-BSN program should not be grouped with the traditional nursing program when online students receive none of the on-campus benefits. This is a pay disparity that Metro State has not addressed, even after multiple students questioned it. I cannot recommend the RN-BSN program to other nurses until the university updates its fee structure to reflect what online students actually use -- and stops passing unnecessary costs onto working adults trying to advance their education.

I would take logic if I were you., one instructor is very gloomy. Another instructor who teaches you has an irritable voice, and it feels like high school employment ed, the other classes are OK and have good instructors, it is good that the college has some good and manageable instructors and low tuition.
