I was quite impressed with availability of the appointment and the flexibility in choosing a time that worked for my schedule. Malcom let me know first by text that he was on his way, then called to speak with me to confirm he would be arriving in 30 minutes. From the moment he arrived, I felt I could trust his expertise as it was clear he knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue in just minutes and made some recommendations to mitigate the issue. He offered some ideas of what I could do myself and what he recommended for professional servicing. I appreciated that he was looking out for my wallet. I was happy to let him do recommended work. Fast, courteous and professional service that didn't break the bank. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Malcom deserves a raise so I hope his boss reads this!

They followed up with paperwork that provided three options and the available discounts. I'm a former Information Technology engineer, so I appreciated their cleanliness, routing of wires and piping, and relocating duct work to provide easy access to the system and the filter. I went with the Trane system. The Trane system has a user-friendly smart thermostat. That is exactly what I was looking for. It was nice to see my electrical bill a lot lower. It's very efficient. Marshall Y. and Steve A. kept me updated throughout the process and provided easy-to-follow system programming procedures. Great job, Guys! Nice clean work. I will be sure to recommend your company.

After over three months of operation, cooling and now heating, I give Galmiche's a good five stars…read more We'd had Galmiche's give us a bid several years ago and were impressed then, however we didn't have the funds and decided to wait and see. Well, this summer as we experienced our hottest heat wave, the nearly 40 year old system finally died. Galmiche's came back out, gave us a new bid and had a new system installed within four weeks of our old system dying. Over a month later the AC wasn't working again. Galmiche's came out, found a problem and fixed it, on warranty. A couple days later the AC stopped working again. The same technician came out, did a deeper dive and determined that a part hadn't been replaced that should have been as part of the complete install. The company warrantied the repair again, accepting responsibility. All in all, I've been very pleased with Galmiche's. Their price, their courteousness, their promptness, and their integrity. I recommend them, and will definitely consider them when our second system (we have a two system house) finally kicks it.

My parents were in their 90s and still at home when my dad passed away. It is a beautiful home but was just too much house for them in the last 10 years. As they aged, foraging for food and medication and Dr appts became their lifestyle. Gradually, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical issues surfaced weekly and had to be addressed. Dad had started working with A&H over 20 years ago. They absolutely deliver at every level. Due to the age of the home, it was necessary to do an electrical upgrade inside and out as well as adding switches and new lighting areas. They came and gave us bids and offered suggestions and exceeded my expectations for quality service. We had ongoing plumbing issues in several areas of the house. They were at the house 10 times in a year for disposal issues, leaking waterlines, full replacement of cast iron pipe in several areas and running cameras to determine our options. Every single repair resolved the issues immediately. What a relief! A&H provided services for semi-annual HVAC checkups as well as some furnace and AC issues. Every call was answered in a very timely manner and resolved quickly. Most calls were during extreme heat and cold. Every single technician was so professional and so pleasant to work with. They always had our best interests in mind and possessed a wealth of knowledge for the expertise we needed. I am beyond happy and thankful for all of the help A&H has provided. In addition to increasing the value of the home, they have given me such peace of mind. Thank you A&H. You are all amazing!

We spent tens of thousands of dollars with these guys, doing a renovation and hardwood floor installation; and then one of their VP's called me "ignorant" (and not to my face, but to my wife) because I asked a simple question about a time and material invoice. When you bill me over $900 to install an oven (and to be clear... that doesn't include the oven, that's just to INSTALL the oven...), you better believe I'm going to ask a few questions. You also better believe I will never do business with you again, and will try to inform as many people on the internet as I can about how disrespectful you are.

When the next HEAVY rainfall came, I had slight seepage from a crack in my foundation wall. I called the team and they returned promptly. Because of the company's thoroughness, attention to detail and responsive customer service, I then chose Team Green to do a stone retaining wall, steps, path and patio in the front of my house. The exterior of my home was transformed from a weed filled slope to a lovely, inviting space that I enjoy on a daily basis. The Team was good about providing a timely, detailed estimate, explaining how the job would evolve, spray painting the outline of the path, wall and patio so I could visualize the finished product, and staying on task until completion.
