We were in Las Vegas for our wedding anniversary 2 weeks ago. This was my first time coming inside a ysl store and i was quite intimidated. The sales supervisor, Veronica made my experienced great and a memorable one. She's approachable and has that bright vibe!! I have 2 bags that I was trying to choose from, and when I saw them in person I was a little uncertain with the design and all. This is a great location inside the Caesar's Forum Shops close to the casino entry. The staff at this location have always been very welcoming, helpful and professional. Christopher introduced himself and was very attentive to me and my friend. It's the only high end store in this mall without the snobby unhelpful staff. It's refreshing and more pleasant to shop here. On my last visit, I liked one particular across body bag. Just as I was getting ready to pay, Christopher found the same bag in a mustard color which I loved as well. So I ended up getting both. We were in Vegas this weekend and my husband bought me my first YSL Lou Camera Bag but had to exchange it the following day because I noticed that it was deformed. When we came to have it exchanged, we had a different guy who helped us and gave me a new bag but when I asked if I can remove the stuffing so I can check to make sure it is not defective, he tells me I cannot do it or I would have to take that bag. I was confused why he says that but since it looked good I just took it. My mistake was not checking it until we came back home, we're from California. I then realize what he gave me did not have a tag on and inside was dirty and looked used or it was a returned item. I will try to have it returned here but I don't know how to do that without having the tag. My receipt also is not very helpful since it says we paid zero tax and the there's some kind of a label that was covered with another label/sticker. I am really disappointed with this purchase and regret coming to this place. I know this place has good reviews but I wish I had a better experience. . read more

Prior to our dinner reservation we decided to do some window shopping at Forum Shops because everything was either closed or closing around that time (8pm). I knew I was looking for a clutch type bag or a roomy wallet with a chain strap in neutral color to match any type of outfit. We walked in to YSL, but thinking it was closing at 8pm as well, quickly scanned the shelves (where couple of things caught our eye) and turned to leave when a friendly SA approached us. We asked what time they closed because we did not want to be THOSE people, and she informed us it was 10pm closing. She was very friendly, patient, and truly dug into what I was looking for and ultimately assisted me in finding that perfect bag. At conclusion of the sale you are prompted to register if first time customer (this was my first YSL bag) and at the end of registration it auto generates the SA's email and phone number that you have the option of saving to your phone as a contact for any future inquires. It was a nice and helpful touch that allows people to develop relationships with a brand through their SAs. The store employees appeared to follow all safety protocols and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great shopping experience and an unexpected surprise. read more

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the store. I bought a red uptown bag about a few years back and there were issues with the bag. The store graciously sent the repairs off to France, but due to the delay in the fact that they cannot repair the bag, this store allowed me to get another bag completely free. Loved my shopping experience here at the Forum Shop YSL with Guillermo (Valentine) Martinez. As soon as I walked, he greeted me and I immediately let him know I wanted the lou camera bag and he asked me which color and I wasn't sure if I wanted the silver hardware or the gold and he unraveled both bags for me to look at. He was patient with me and made me feel relaxed and told me to take my time and told me to took in the mirror to see which one I liked. I ended up going with the gold hardware. He was so nice, that my husband also bought me a card holder and I wasn't sure what the style was called and he ran to the other counter to grab it to show me the ones they had and even told me what color they came in. He was even nice enought to help me locate a gift box for my bag and wrapped it nicely in the box. He made feel like a valued client even though it's "his job" but I honestly appreciated how amazing and friendly he was. He talked about his family going to Korea and etc. I felt good making a purchase with him and didn't feel judged at all or pressured to buy anything. I had a problem with the purse after the first night of having it and she let me exchange it for a brand new one. This review goes out to Andrew! All the YSL stores are temporary closed here in California due to the COVID-19 and there was a particular purse I wanted, which was sold out on the website. I had inquired availability online to this Saint Laurent store since it just recently opened offering curb side pick up only. I had missed Andrews call and received a follow up text message from him a few hours later and I was well pleased with the communication with him! I was willing to drive to Vegas to pick up the purse since I've been having a difficult time with deliveries at my residence. He was more then happy to place the purse on hold for me but he was on the positive side that my purse will be delivered to me with no issues as they require a signature I took his word and the purse was delivered with no worries!
