I don't think I have even been to a laundromat I like this much! You can pay with cash or card. They even had a special for July of free dryers! So modern and clean! Nice area. place can get dirty. i wish they had staff there to clean the washers out. i had to use their app…read moreand you preload the app w/ cash at $5 intervals. so i have some leftover money on the app which was charged to my credit card which i don't know how to get back. overall it's a great place. my washer and dryer was down and costco was taking forever to delivery my new one. so this place was a emergency run. the other customers helped me figure things out. if they had an attendant there and a working bathroom, i would give this place a 5/5

They have 5 high capacity washers but 2 are broken- 1 we discovered after we put some quarters in it. Out of the 15 regular washers 7 are broken or out of service. There are 14 dryers but at least 3 are broken as we watched them not work for other patrons. To put the icing on the cake the change machine took our $20 without dispensing anything. We called a number and left a message. If they get back to us we will revise our review.
