The food is outrageously good. Fresh as can be. Well prepared. Served beautifully. The service is out of this world. The food is almost worth the drive from BMore to Mechanicsburg - just for the sushi. Reasonably priced, delicious!! There were probably 8 to 10 spots out front in their parking lot as well as street parking. Upon entering I was immediately greeted, seated, and handed a menu.(pictures included). There was a large selection of sushi, however I decided upon the salmon teriyaki. I chose a diet cola as my beverage, not being in the mood for hot or sweet tea, etc. My order arrived on a sizzling platter within 10 minutes. On the table was soy sauce and low sodium soy sauce which was what I used on my white rice. The salmon was accompanied with onions, sliced carrots, and broccoli, and everything was delicious (Photo included in my accompanying pics). By the way, "Kimchee" is not a misspell; it's actually the Korean spelling to the more popularized Japanese spelling, "kimchi". Kimchi is a banchan/appetizer by itself but can accompany anything to kick it up a notch.  It's also a great source of probiotics. I most often add it to my rice dishes being Asian American and all, but I am looking forward to try it on a burger next time I get a chance -- a tip I just heard from Kevin the co-owner.  Joyce ("the" kimchee girl?) & Kevin operate their business with heart and soul and I won't hesitate to recommend that you to give their kimchi a taste. Kimchee Girl takes online orders for its kimchi products, but it also sets up tents outside of its office during the week and offers BBQ lunch boxes such as bone-in pork chops, kalbi short ribs, and (I haven't tried) Kimchee dogs. All of them of course feature their flagship Napa cabbage kimchi.  They also do pop-ups from time to time at events and farmers markets.
