I've been going here for years! I will never return. The girl Lily is insanely rude and lazy. And probably doesn't clean her tools! I asked her to take off my gel x tips and to get a full set. She said "why are you doing this to me that's too much work". then proceeded to rip all of my nails off full force taking off pretty much my whole nail. Then proceeded to put nail glue on them, which made them burn so bad to the point where I wanted to cry. I told her it was extremely painful, and proceeded to file them down aggressively. Then as I was checking out, she charged me $85 which is fine! But $20 extra dollar for a simple design is insane! I politely asked why it was so much, and she then gave me attitude and said "do I have to explain it to you again!" I love the salon and the owners but I will never return after that! read more

I've been to a few places for Manis and Pedis. The place I normally go to was booked for a couple hours so I decided to try this place which is kind of close by. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman and I had to sit for maybe 15 minutes before it was my turn. I explained to the woman who was going to perform Magic that I had a couple broken toes LOL from a trip that I took to visit my dad in Texas. I broke my toe on his golf cart getting in. I couldn't have my toes fixed because we were out in the middle of nowhere. So they are still broken to this day. I have lovely toes from this. Grrrrr So she had me soak my feet in the warm water bath and once they were done soaking she proceeded to take what looks like a dish brush and start grinding away on the skin on my feet. Maybe she thought I was enjoying the feel of it cause my face maybe looked animated, (pain), but honestly I was kind of cringing because it didn't feel that good. So after this I had the color put on. My usual place dips your hands in paraffin wax and also gives a nice back massage. All for the same price. Nice pleasant people, but I'll stick to my usual location. read more

truly don't know where to start. I have never written a review before but my experience was so bad I feel like I have to warn others. to start the quality of the pedicure is the worst pedicure I've ever gotten before, my speed year-old son could've painted my nails better. In addition I have a full-blown bacterial infection on my legs they are swollen red itchy and covered in blotches and hives just in the area that was in the water and their foot bath. To move onto the manicure, I was going to have my tips filled and repainted. They told me basically every single style that I wanted to do couldn't be done without taking off my set and put on a new full set on which I know is false because every other place has always accommodated my ideas and painted new colors over my old set when I do a fill... That is what a fill is. Basically told me new acyrlic can't go on, they can't do ombré or design. But even knowing what I wanted didn't tell me they can't actually do nails til after they filed and shaved down my own set. Then he basically bullied me into something I didn't want. He painted gel nail color solid plain white paint on. When he was done commenter "well you can still see the old blue underneath". it was horrible. My nails were crooked and jagged the paint was awful and not even close to what I wanted. $80 later... My legs are itchy and my pedicure is horrendous. I left immediately and went to my regular place who fixed my nails. read more

I went here for a full set and i was the only one in there and everyone was sitting around. Didn't even say hello or anything. Full set took the guy 3 hours and he said no when i asked him to make them shorter. I told him I wanted regular polish but still gave me gel and made me pay extra for gel, the price on the wall was NOT what i had to pay. It's been 3 ducking days and half the nails already fell off. This place is a joke! On a Friday at 4pm there was 1 customer and about 5 workers sitting around doing nothing. Not friendly nor welcoming at all. I asked for a lady I had before whom was sitting on the pedicure chair on her phone - she said in her language that she had an appt. They have me sit and wait for some guy who was outside smoking a cigarette. He comes in and sits down and rubs acetone on his hands. He wreaked of cigarettes, his hands dirty, nails black. He starts taking off my red nail polish using the same old cotton ball filled with red and starts wiping my other nails getting red and acetone on my fingers so I wiped my finger on the white towel he placed down and he yells at me saying not to do that. I asked him to get a new cotton ball and he refused. He stated he's been doing this for a while. I said then you should know that after smoking a cigarette you must wash your hands and he said I used acetone which is stronger. He said if I wanted someone else could do my nails and I said yes I prefer. He told the girl whom I originally asked for to do my nails and she said I have an appt. I said I will go elsewhere. (I was there a good 25 minutes or so and no customer came in for her so she could have definitely given me a fill but she looked like she was about to fall asleep in the chair). I went immediately to wash my hands because my hands wreaked of cigarettes. It was gross. Even after scrubbing them they still smell like cigarettes. The place is dirty, the workers are dirty and completely unprofessional hence why they have one customer at 4pm on a Friday. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

This is the second time I had my nails done here. The first time I had a gel manicure and the man that did them globbed the nail polish on and my nails were not covered all the way to the nail bed. So less than a week later when my nails grew out it looked like I hadn't had my nails done in weeks because the polish was already down to the middle of my nail. I thought maybe it was a one time accident and since it's so close to home I'd give it another shot. Well when I went back again same thing happened with the same nail technician. I will not go back. These nail places are not cheap but there's one on every corner and if you're not going to make sure your nail technicians can do nails properly than don't expect customers to come back. I mean I could've done them better which is why I had to file away all the excess crooked nail polish after I left. The economy is tough right now for customers and business owners I'm sure, so stepping it up to make sure you're getting what your hard earned money pays for is important. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else. read more

I just started getting acrylic nails again. This place is great, affordable, great work, very clean. They are open late hours and take walk-ins which is very helpful for those on a busy schedule! Highly recommend. They do a variety of services not just acrylics. read more

Amazing job! My friend and I went for pedicures as walk-ins and although it was busy, we were immediately helped. The people were very nice and most importantly clean. They used sterilized tools and washed everything immediately after my pedicure was complete. The price was on our with most other places but I feel like the job was 10x better than most. When they say a spa pedicure they mean it, everything from the scrubs to the massage. They are also neat with the polish which is also nice. I have been looking for a new go-to nail salon and I believe I just found it! read more

i go there for my gel pedicures & there is one woman working there, i believe she is the owners wife. she needs to be taught how to do pedicures, i paid $50 for a gel pedicure & i left with dead skin still on my foot and i specifically asked her to get my ingrown toenails out bc they were hurting my feet and she did not do it at all. i told her there was still dead peeling skin on the bottom of my foot and she did nothing about it. the rest of the staff there is amazing and does everything great. i would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for her rude character & lack of ability to do toes correctly. $50 down the drain if you get a pedicure by the wife. read more

So I called at 650 asking if they had time to take me considering they close at 8. The gentleman on the phone said come down. I told him I live 2 minutes away. I show up at 655 and the woman at the counter looked at me like we closed. As I looked over the gentleman was on the phone at that moment. I explained I spoke with him he said to come down. So he puts me in HER chair. Then she starts taking off gel nail polish, puts the tinfoil on them I'm sitting there for about 8 minutes waiting for the gel to get soft to take off and she yells to someone and then tells me to go over there. Not knowing what Seat as there was 2 girls. Neither of them looked welcoming enough to sit with. I asked and she nods and I sit. She was staring at me like she was mad no smile and very rude as she was mad that she was stuck with me. The other lady that passed me up then comes walking over and tells her that her boyfriend was there. Do you want to go or stay she asked her. Girl said I'm going. They start talking about money and then asks me to get up AGAIN and go to this 3rd chair and sit the original woman ends up doing it. I show her on Pinterest the color. She keeps asking me to do my nails in dip. They dip everyone's fingers even with fungus gets on the phone with a couple people, FaceTiming meanwhile it's now 800pm. Still asking me what color and getting up looking for gel. She asked me to wash my hands and come back, I had selected the colors and she says they are not dip or gel. I said at this point it is now 9 pm I want to go home. Her family comes walking in and they look pissed at me. Felt so uncomfortable from start to finish. Never again. The nails even look rushed. Didn't move the cuticles no lotion felt very much like she was doing it because her boss told her too. I will wait for an appointment at my salon for that BS! Fix your attitudes in there! The nail tech I had before this one had false eyelashes on and she needed a fill, maybe had a couple lashes left. She looked a mess and miserable. Not friendly people AT ALL! Never again! read more

Not a fan. Went for a gel manicure and although it was only $25 the gel began peeling off about 3 days after. Normally my gels last me about 2 weeks, so its frustrating when it all immediately began to peel off! Wont be going back read more
