    Grill chicken over rice

We found on point Vietnamese food in Burlington. We really didn't have high hopes for it, but it was way better than expected. I love the Bun bo hue, which is a spicy beef noodle soup. It is on a more spicy side, but it was very flavorful that I couldn't help but finish up the whole bowl. The grilled chicken was very tender. My family favorite was the spring rolls. They ordered two orders for two. The number 7 was a bit salty but still acceptable. Service was good food was delicious. Hope you stsy strong till I see you next time to visit Vermont again.

Upon walking in, the restaurant feels cozy with clean vibes. The tables were spotless. The fish tank and calm music created a nice ambiance. I loved the spring rolls and peanut sauce appetizer. The strawberry smoothie was tasty and refreshing, but the strawberry flavor was faint. The beef in #21 was perfectly cooked and I enjoyed the sautéed vegetables. Overall, this restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Third or fourth time I've been here. One of my favorite stops in Burlington. I like the pho and the vermicelli cold noodle bowls. Very refreshing. Service is great. Bathroom has a cool sink. Boba was just ok (only had it once). I'll be back here. It hasn't let me down yet.

I cannot recommend this little Vietnamese eatery enough! Due to Covid, Saigon is only open for take out business. But you have to taste their food because it is so authentic and delicious. I ordered Pho Ga which came in a tall container. I made about 3 meals out of it. The noodles, veggies and chicken were all fresh and the broth was flavorful and mouthwatering. I want to come back here when the pandemic is over and eat inside their restaurant!

I don't know much about the Asian food in Burlington since I was visiting from California but I'm glad I stumbled on Saigon Kitchen to satisfy my need for Vietnamese food. While prices are a bit higher than what I'm used to, I was delightfully surprised with the quality and presentation. You can definitely expect authentic flavors from this restaurant. I got the #16 Grilled Chicken with Vermicelli and Goi Cuon or Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls. I also tried the Bun Bo Hue which was a tad spicy but flavors were great. My dad mentioned the pho broth was a bit sweet compared to normal so just keep that in mind when ordering. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're craving some Vietnamese food!

I called for takeout and food was ready in 15 minutes. Staff at the counter very polite and welcoming. Restaurant looked very clean. Grilled vegie and seafood were really amazing, I got medium spicy. I have to take 1 star off for little over cooked vegetable egg roll and also the fried seafood dumpling didn't have much stuffings on it. I will definitely recommend this Vietnamese restaurant and I'll come back for sure.

Hidden gem! & Quick!! Needed pho after a long day on the slopes, this was amazing and super quick. Called restaurant to order take out and it was ready in 15 minutes with easy pick up. Portions are huge, worth every bite! We ordered #1 spring roll (aka summer roll), #2 egg roll, #7 pho beef special, #25 grilled pork & veg Grilled pork was perfectly grilled over rice - just tender enough Pho beef soup was delicious - generous amount of rice noodle, love that they add the mint leaves on the side with the bean spouts and lime to add to the soup (highly recommend!)

We were so hungry and dove into our food so fast that the cleaned-out bowls were all that were left to photograph! Yum.

Excellent food, very clean establishment, great service. This is our new favorite Vietnamese place in the Burlington area, and we can't wait to eat there or order from them again. We got the gỏi cuốn (#1), bún bò Huế (#11), and bún riêu (#12). The bún bò Huế had a really good kick to it, underlaid with lemongrass and ginger. Bún riêu flavor profile was much more delicate but equally well-balanced, and the crab rieu was rich and complex. I'd never had tofu or fish patties in my bún riêu before but they were a tasty addition. They've started dine-in service after 3pm. Can't wait to try some of their other dishes, and the owner was lovely to talk to. It's been a tough year for restaurants, so go there and support this great family-owned business!

We ordered 3 different dishes . I got crab cake udon . It's so salty and udon was not fresh ( smell weird ) and my bother had bun thit nuong and com with seafood aren't taste good ( fish sauce was so salty which should not go with bun thit nuong ) . So disappointed! Not recommend though

    Com thit ga or #26

Consistency…read morematters, and Pho Son absolutely delivers great food, welcoming service, and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that keeps us coming back. The vibe is clean, cozy, and casual ... perfect for a comforting bowl of pho. It has that laid-back Vietnamese street food feel without being loud or chaotic, making it a great spot for both quick meals and sit-down dinners. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient. Staff checked in just the right amount, were happy to answer questions, and made sure everything came out fresh and hot. You really feel welcomed here, which adds to the overall experience. For starters, my wife and I shared the CHẢ GIÒ (Crispy Veggie Spring Rolls - $5). These were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, light and flavorful on the inside, and paired nicely with the dipping sauce. A simple starter done very well. For our entrée, we didn't even hesitate ... we both went straight for the pho. The PHỞ CHÍN (Slow Cooked Tender Brisket - $16) was outstanding. The broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful, clearly simmered with care. The brisket was incredibly tender, the noodles were cooked just right, and the bowl was generous and comforting from the first sip to the last bite. Pho Son continues to prove why it's a go-to spot for authentic, satisfying Vietnamese food. Three visits in, and the quality, flavor, and service remain consistently excellent. If you're craving great pho and a welcoming dining experience, this place is absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back again.

We started with the Summer Rolls (#2 on the menu) with Shrimp and Pork paired with a creamy, crunchy peanut sauce- large rolls that will fill you up and very good! We ordered the Pho with brisket, flank steak, and meatballs (to my surprise it also came with Tripe) and the Bahn Mi sandwich. The pho was hot and packed with rich flavored broth- they also don't skimp you on proteins in the soup. The Bahn Mi was a very large size with flaky bread and again packed with protein. Overall, Pho Son is a perfect place to warm up on a cold day with yummy Vietnamese foods.
