Very happy with their beef pho takeout! Be advised that you still need to heat up the broth to cook the meat. The broth has occasionally been less flavorful at times (not sure if there were changes in the kitchen in the past) which was very noticeable. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the spring rolls I got were just a tad bit oily-- but I still ate them so they weren't bad. Was highly anticipating this place. My friend brought this place up for our "hang out dinner", and was pumped! So first off, I guess we were both kinda taken back that it closed at 8 PM? Just seems like kind of an odd/early time to close? I guess I just assume restaurants are typically open until 9 or 10 PM. Anyways, that's not a make it or break it, just kind of peculiar. We arrived at 7:10 PM, and welcomed by what seemed to be frustrated employees. Our server welcomed us by asking us if we knew what we wanted, and while it's a small menu which is not a bad thing, our booth cushions hadn't even had a chance to regain their shape from us taking our initial seat. When we didn't know our precise order within the 13 second placement in the booth, he immediately ran to the kitchen, delivered us fresh water with what I assume fresh lime slices. And while neither of us requested the water, it was much appreciated gesture. You know what they say, when life gives you lemons, make sure when you run out of them just use limes instead and pretend like it's a TikTok trend. Time is 7:19 PM: After the third "excuse me", to our rapidly paced server I was finally able to order a single beer and her a glass of Cabernet. We ordered Summer Rolls for our appetizer, and I suppose they have a different calendar, because we received Spring Rolls. Our server kindly alologizes, and takes the Spring Rolls back (which he could've left and I would've paid for, or just given to us but I'm sure the garbage found them delightful). Time is 7:24 PM: Receive Summer Rolls. My beer is a beer, and my friend actually describes her wine as "corky". I usually think people are weird when they say things like that, but...I can honestly say it was "corky". Summer Rolls were okay. Time is 7:31 PM: We receive our pho orders. I got mine with extra meat and ordered an extra container of broth to go, as well as 2 Banh Mi's to go. Time is 7:38 PM: I've been to quite a few Pho joints...and I've never really been...let down? I mean it was okay, but in my opinion was definitely lacking flavor. I got the spicy broth and she got regular. To be honest mine just tasted like some Progresso broth with some noodles and beef in it. Luckily the beef was appetizing. The vegetables came on a "shared" dish and honestly seemed like it was for one serving of pho. Time is 7:49 PM: I'm usually pretty efficient with time. I usually joke with servers a little, tell them I'll need a box (in the case container), and hand them my debit card or ask for the check. I don't want them to waste their time and energy, time management is key. Anyways, by this point, we can tell that they are OBVIOUSLY rushing us out. We had 5 employees staring at us as were wrapping up our leftovers and I'm finishing my beer, and they're scoffing in the background. Keep in mind, they close at 8. It's not like we arrived at 7:49 PM, we arrived at 7:10 PM. And for a $66 dollar meal with a 20% undeserved tip, I think it's fair that we can be allowed to stay there until 8:05 PM. It's not my fault that they tried to charge me for the Spring Rolls that we didn't order and immediately ripped off the table, but they were kind enough to take it off after 2 employees came up like club bouncers asking us if we were ready to leave. Time is 8:03 PM: My friend had to use the restroom. I looked around the restaurant as I waited on her, as I do insist on thorough hand washing, I was not concerned with telling her to hurry up. As I looked around at the nothing of the restaurant, I was ordered to exit the restaurant because they had to lock the door. I kindly explained that my friend was vigorously sanitizing her hands and apologized. I was still directed to exit the restaurant. Time is 8:07 PM: My friend and I are just having simple conversation, kind of shocked and confused at the terrible experience, as two of the employees remote start their vehicles. Time is 8:11 PM: They're all exiting the restaurant. I'm not sure what kind of procedures had been done, but I'm super impressed if the kitchen is cleaned and organized in that amount of time. As they all walk to their vehicles, not one says "Thanks! Have a good night!" For $80 for 2 people to get pho, two banh mi's, one beer and a corky glass of wine just to essentially get shoved out and forced to take it home to consume what is probably the most marginal pho I've ever had in my life...yeah I wouldn't return. I'd give this experience a 1 star review, but I don't want to be that person, the food was edible, and consumed. But, I wouldn't hopscotch over rainbows to come back. However, customer service? Welp. I'm just gonna leave 2 stars so I don't look like a 1 star complainer on Yelp. Would not recommend. Hope you enjoyed the story. read more

Food is generally ok, nothing bad nor anything outstanding. Reason for the poor rating is twice in one week my family and I were turned away. The first time was 30 mins before closing. Fine I get it, people may be tired and they don't want to stay late cleaning up after a family. Later in the week we came almost an hour before closing and was given the same response. Staff wasn't rude but certainly can care less. Location was convenient to where I live. Now I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Temple Terrace and eat at Ha Long Bay. much better food, decor, and friendlier staff. Saigon doesn't come close in comparison. If you decide to go here, go an hour before closing so you don't get turned away. I won't be going back due to poor service. Hopefully they get better and stop turning away customers. read more

Here's the thing, Tampa. I have not found a good pho restaurant since I've moved here in August. I was disappointed by options in New Tampa/ Wesley Chapel especially. Then... I found this place in Zephyrhills. We ordered sumner rolls, kimchi --yes, they had Kimchi for $3-- beef oho, seafood pho, spicy beef noodles and Vietnamese coffee. Oh. M. Gee. I finally found the one with authentic taste! The broth was on point. So clear, yet flavorful. I loved my seafood pho. One of the best I've ever had. There's only one size for $9 bowls, which are equivalent to Large. Even KIMCHI was good at this place. read more

This review was going to start off as a three star but then I changed it to four. Here's why. My complementary salad that came with my meal had to little lettuce and too much sauce. It was not appetizing to say the least. But then my papaya Boba drink came out topped with whipped cream. I've never seen bubble tea have whip cream on it but I have to say it tasted great. The bubbles were just the right texture and the flavor tasted great. Next came out my beef bun bowl. The bowl was large as you would expect from any good Vietnamese restaurant. It had some lettuce in it which I wasn't too much of a fond of because it got soggy after while. Other than the soggy lettuce it was very tasty! Our servers were quick and very responsive. Worse food ever. Had been once before to get the Pho and it was ok. This time went for a chicken dish and it was horrible. Rice was a few days old, very crunchy. Chicken was terrible; had bones in a few pieces and the taste was of chicken that had sat in the fridge too long after being cooked; you know that flavor like it's almost not good anymore? That is what it tasted like. Hardly any sauce, the container was less than half full. I thought it had fallen over on the plate and spilled out, but no, it was just half full. I did not eat my meal and said to the waittress they should take this dish off the menu. They laughed and gave me my bill. Will not return. Horrible food! read more

When I found out that Fung Garden had closed, (the Chinese restaurant that used to be at this location) I was a quite heart broken. I needed to give this place a try in respect to the old restaurant, and I can say that my heart is whole again. This was a much needed addition to the Zephyrhills restaurant scene. Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food that brings a new flair to the otherwise repetitive offerings in this area. During my visit I ordered the P1 pho noodle bowl and a Thai tea. The meal is served with a small and refreshing salad with ginger dressing. The bowl of soup itself is quite large so you definitely get your money's worth and they don't skimp on the meat like a lot of other pho places I've been to. The broth is key to a good pho and I gotta say this was one of the most flavorful soups I've tasted. All of the ingredients were fresh and blended together in a harmonious bowl of deliciousness. I've been here a few other times but this time was not it. Maybe they were having a off night but the overall experience was not pleasing. I order dumplings, papaya salad and two pho dishes. I ordered over the phone and was told it'll be ready in 20 minutes. We got there in less than 20 minutes. Walked up to the counter and told the owner or manager the name of the order. She waved us off and said give me a minute and we continued standing near the counter for 4 minutes while she was cashing out her receipts. As we stood there, we noticed 3 to-go bags sitting on the shelf next to her. The lady walked to the back of the kitchen as we stood their for another minute or two when someone else came out and handed our food- the bags that were sitting on the shelf near the counter. Displeased that we were ignored and so was our food- we paid and left. When we got home, all of our food was cold to say the least, from the dumplings to the pho broth. Then I opened my papaya salad and well, stunned at how distasteful it looked and tasted for an $8.45 dish. To add, something minor but noticeable-- The plastic ware specially the spoons they gave us were dusty. Literally dusty. This place has quickly become one of our favorite places to go to get our pho fix. They have boba drinks and other non-pho dishes as well like rice dishes, but I come here for the Pho and the taste delivers fairly consistently. It's quickly become one of my top places for Pho in the Tampa Bay area. It's about 15-20 minutes from Wesley Chapel and I can see their patronage grow on the weekends which is definitely a good sign. The broth in their Pho is very good, the noodles are consistent and the accessories make for a delicious meal. Their pho is a hearty serving side (with a complimentary salad with ginger dressing, like some sushi places). I particularly like their seafood pho and pho with egg noodles. Definitely a place to try if you're craving Vietnamese and don't want to venture to Tampa or Pinellas County, and I actually find their food to be better tasting than most of the other places in those areas anyway... read more

I have eaten here twice and really enjoyed the options. We are vegetarians and ordered miso soup and 4 Vegetable spring rolls. My wife had vegetables and rice. This was the only place to find tofu rolls that were not soft but delicious. I also had strawberry boba and was delicious. The lemonade was delicious as well.
