I stopped eating my tacos, chips and salsa, since I couldn't identify where the spice was coming from. When I asked my waitress, who had admitted others were complaining, about a discount since I couldn't finish my food since the heat kept building in my mouth. She stated I couldn't get a discount since it was Taco Tuesday so the food was already discounted. Not pleased. To add insult to injury the lady at the table next to me made the same complaint and she was offered new food. Having tried burgers, sandwiches, entrees, pizza, wings, I would summarize the food this way, straightforward. Everything that I have eaten has been good. Not extra special or amazing, but good and consistent. I have had consistently friendly and helpful servers. I don't personally know anyone who works there but my interactions with staff have all been very friendly. I have eaten here alone and with groups, there is always music or TV sound happening, but it not so loud as to bother all conversation or prevent you from reading. I personally like ambient noise as long as it is not too loud. It is one of the reasons I would go out by myself is to be in that environment. I have found this business to be consistently accommodating and reliably good quality.
