Major bonus and why more places don't do this: playing Friends on the TV while doing a Brazilian wax!! Genius!! It distracted me from any pain but even then I felt very little pain as she used a hard wax which I hadn't been given before and it was amazing for waxing that area...very painless. The overall esthetic of the salon is super chic very upscale and the staff definitely made us feel comfortable and welcome. I showed them a picture, and while my hair was still too short for the style they still helped me out. They trimmed my hair to prepare it to grow into the style as well as recommend me products and gave my advice on how to style it when my hair is long enough. A few weeks later and it was time for prom, my hair grew into the right length and was ready to be styled. After following the advice I was able to achieve the style I wanted perfectly and it was ready for prom. Since they helped me out on a special occasion, I will remember this place fondly even if I'm not able to regularly frequent it anymore.

The Son works the front desk while his father sits in the back room and decides on pricing. Even if you've had these services done, there is a huge difference between male and female hormones, laser results and hair growth. The technicians were not recording or reading my profile to see my laser progress. I gave up on the remainder of my treatment. Did not get good results with laser.
