Fariba was amazing! I told her what I wanted and she showed me pics of similar work she had done that put me at ease. She was thorough with her job, she made several adjustments and asked to see the balayage picture I had brought with me to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted. This was a refreshing change from colorists who think they know what's best for your hair and dont bother with what you actually want. The haircut was also exactly as I wanted too. Fariba is highly experienced and knows exactly what she's doing but also makes sure you're happy with the outcome. I'm in love with my new look and highly recommend Fariba!

Pezh has been my hairstylist for many years and has fixed hair corrections that many master…read morestylists in the city has told me wasn't possible. In my mind he is the best colorist/stylist you can go to in Toronto for the following reasons: - He can fix even the worst hair mistakes, I thought I would have to cut all my hair off with the color correction, but I was able to leave happy with my length and color. - If you have dark hair and want to go blond, he can do this without compromising your length. I have dark stubborn hair and he had me platinum. - He is honest, he wants to do right by you. He doesn't up-sell or product push ever. - He takes pride in his work and cares. He's not going to let you walk out that door unless it represents his best work. If you are looking for a stylist/colorist, he is the guy to see.

My Experience in a nutshell to be honest the very first time was 50/50 my wash was incredibly…read morerushed, my cut was not what I was seeking however it wasn't terrible with Bianca, I decided to give the salon another try this time I booked with Olivia & she was Absolutely gorgeous does her job WELL, Knows how to provide a Great wash & Massage to make the costumer feel amazing, the Temperature of the water was on point My cut was Wonderful & everything I wanted, considering I have a ton of hair we decided to book me in again & Olivia Killed it she provided me a ton of volume & Shaped my hair as I desired, I left feeling Absolutely Beautiful, I decided Olivia would now be my New stylist considering how much time effort & the outstanding job she had done with not only my cut but my colour, I booked my self & daughter in for treatments and a blow out only to wait 45 mins to find out the salon has no HOT water, my daughter & I found out once her hair was in the sink & her stylist stated Oh I hope you don't mind but the water is COLD, For a salon at THE WELL not to have Hot water is unacceptable I was looking forward to my appointment as I am going away to the states & really wanted to enjoy a wash & blow out & not have to do it on my own, I was told I can be rescheduled at no cancellation cost ( that does nothing for me) I made time in my busy last few days & I also arrived 15 mins early to ensure my awesome stylist had time to blow me out as I have a Ton of hair, They did how ever offer us a discount but the experience is just ruined at this point having your hair washed with ice cold water in the winter isn't soothing, to be honest would my daughter want to return right now it looks like she wouldn't She was placed under a heater to help the treatment set in and her hair is dripping all over her neck and I had to ask for a towel to dry her and cover her clothing and neck from soaking before going back out in -8 weather, I also found a clip and decided to clip it up Properly my self since the woman doing her hair clearly didn't care to do it her self, to be honest this experience is incredibly sloppy to say the least ‍

The receptionists are really nice, but the hairstylists are rude, arrogant and not willing to help you much. I've had my hair cut by a few different hairstylists, and the above seems like a pattern of behaviour from a toxic culture. All of them were short and rude in their general responses and conversations. It's really weird. I'm not surprised, but they also didn't want to wear masks. Although they are not mandatory anymore, they don't seem to care about immunocompromised folks at all. Overall, this is a super douchy place that echos its name.
