He advised he is a small business and that this was an oversight, which is understandable. Original review- I booked a ride to the airport for my mom on Dec 31 for Jan 4, total of $78.00. I paid since that is required by the site to book. I immediately received a cancellation since the driver was booked for that day and time which is fine- but fast forward to today and I see on my credit card statement that this place never refunded my $78. I tried calling, no response- I tried email, it gets kicked back.

Executive Luxury Services failed to show up at the airport to pick up my friends and family. I…read morecalled the driver when I arrived and he said he had no idea he was scheduled pick us up, even though we had a confirmation message from the company several days before. I had to figure out how to get a ride back with 2 screaming 2 year olds (each requiring car seats) and a weeks worth of luggage. We ended up getting home several hours after their bedtime. It was a nightmare. The company was apologetic, and the owner told me he would make it right. I understand that mistakes happen, including hiring a flakey driver. But then I was ghosted without a refund, even after I (nicely, considering the circumstances) told him everything I had to go through. See image below of our chat history. I would absolutely not recommend Executive Luxury Services after this experience.

Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers.
