The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

My credit card was still charged without my consent since I never confirmed the order in email. It has been almost 3 weeks since they said they would refund my money. It has been almost 10 days from the time I received the refund receipt to now, yet the refund has still not posted to my account. Unauthorized charges to a credit card and holding a refund hostage should be more than enough reason to keep you from using this car service.
