The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

The next morning when the email with details came from this company, I DID NOT confirm the order and let them know at that moment that our plans had changed and we would not be using their car service. My credit card was still charged without my consent since I never confirmed the order in email. It has been almost 3 weeks since they said they would refund my money. It has been almost 10 days from the time I received the refund receipt to now, yet the refund has still not posted to my account. Unauthorized charges to a credit card and holding a refund hostage should be more than enough reason to keep you from using this car service.
