I thought we were looking at a painting! The room is fairly clean and has an ambience of your grandma's house (yes a pro!). The staff is very nice and is willing to help. They answered all of our questions and were very polite. It's a quiet atmosphere. Not too many people were here during our stay If you like to golf they will give you a discount $25 discount on your round. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. We had our choice of eggs. There was also self serve food, tea, coffee, and pastries. Considering the time we went, the room was reasonably priced. We paid 195 each night plus 11% tax. So include that in your calculations. There is a nice seating area where you can relax in the evening. The restaurant has a farm outback. They use the produce in their dishes. The Cons: My girlfriend yelled for me to come kill a bug (a spider and mosquitos) at least five times. I didn't mind. But if you don't like bugs in your room then this is not a place for you. The bed squeaked and hit the wall. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from town and the road to the hotel is not lit at all. I'm sure this is not really a con but be careful driving at night. Cell phone reception is not very good but the hotel has wifi, so ask the front desk (bartender). The bathroom sink is right in front of the toilet. So when you have to face it while you contemplate how to take over the world. Very distracting.

Last year our tee time turned out to be smack in the middle of an outing or tournament of some kind and we were told that a mistake was made in booking us when they did and they would not be able to get us out. This year we arrived right behind a group of approximately 20 guys waiting to tee off as part of a large outing. No motorized carts were available either. We were told they would be brought to us when they came back in. Sensing a wait past our tee time and a long, frustrating round behind these guys, we opted to play elsewhere. While I understand courses like this need to attract and cater to large outings, it shouldn't have such a negative impact on other customers. We play often at Hiland Park Country Club which similarly will host these sorts of outings and have not had it impact our experience whatsoever. I doubt we will return to Queensbury, which is a shame.

Only 1 hole in 1 for me in Brazil. Overall fun. Stay and play Around the USA for 18 interesting states of interesting were cool as well. All around fun was had. The grounds were well maintained, and there was shade near each hole. I liked that each hole was challenging, and many holes had moving obstacles. What a fun place, reasonably priced, and for only a few dollars more, you could play both courses.

The course was in pristine condition and the greens here are tough, but phenomenal. I had a late afternoon tee time on a weekday and they were very kind and let my wife and 9 month old son go along for the round. We weren't even charged rider fees.
