I love it here. Cottages are very comforting and the staff is very kind. It's a great place to stay for all ages. Will be back.

Staff at front desk especially Ramanjot, Summer, and Nathaniel were excellent. Views of Georgian Bay was incredible and we were able to enjoy many ski days as the hill was less than 10 min away. All amenities are within walking distance or a 5 min car ride. They also have a boat ramp complete with gas pump and shop. Great location to relax!

I get that this is a fairly trivial compliant and there are more important things than a bad Internet connection, but the rudeness and disrespect they gave to their customers when I tried to ask them about it just bothered me and put a stain on my entire trip and I'm sorry that I stayed here. They literally did not care at all that one of their guests was having an issue and seemed put out that I asked them about it. If you have a choice between this place and literally anywhere else, I'd suggest anywhere else. I feel like a jerk complaining about something like this, but their attitude towards my bringing it up was even worse than the bother of not having wifi.

There seem to be many outdoor activities too but we had limited time so we could not explore further. We had a room with 2 double beds....not very comfortable and the pillows were awful. No mini fridge or safe in the room and no deadbolt on the door from the inside......essentials in my opinion. There was a balcony in our room but too cold to go out. Nice view of the sunset in the evening. It was very noisy as we could here people outside our room...as if they were in our room There are so many restaurants close by and we went skiing at a club about 25 minutes away.

Restaurants are quite far away. The only reason why I stayed here is because my company had our professional development training course here. From the airport to here is 1.5 hours. Shocking far. Loved the electric fireplace in the living room/kitchen area, just felt so cozy. The room was very clean and the bed was super nice to sleep on, like a cloud! We did have a bit of an odd experience checking in when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was nice but super flustered when our cards kept not working in their card machine. We for sure had more than enough funds on all of the cards we tried using but they kept getting declined. Finally her coworker arrived and was able to help her sort it out but it was an awkward experience overall and not the best way to start our stay there. We ate breakfast each morning downstairs as our stay included $10 per person per day. I do wish they were offering a daily menu feature just to have had a bit more variety to choose from but the food was tasty. We also dined downstairs two of the three nights we stayed - the dinner options were also delicious. We also really loved the wines they had too, lots of great selection. One evening after dinner, we sat outside at the fire pit and relaxed for a while together which was so nice. The grounds were beautiful and the resort is situated right on the water, very picturesque. The pool was super dirty when we visited so sadly we didn't use it but it was close to the end of summer (beginning of September) so perhaps it was a bit neglected at that point. Other than the pool and the bumpy check in process, overall we enjoyed our stay here and may return again someday!

By the water you have access to activities such as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, stand up paddle boarding, water trampoline, water diving apparatus and jet ski rentals. There is a Sandy beach, a pool and a hot tub. For kids, there are structured activities for different ages. I saw kids working in teams to complete a scavenger hunt. They also have a park, games room, toddler room and karaoke on Friday's. If you want drinks during the day you can BYOB or there is a cash bar by the pool. Also it's up to you to bring snacks of you need something in between meals. In case, they sell chips and ice crwam at the reception desk if you are desperate! My Favourite so far....was dinner time!!! After fun in the sun it was nice to sit down for a nice dinner. We got a basket of mixes bread at oi4 table as we sat down with a large pitcher of water. I tried the chicken cordon blue because it's not something I usually would order. It was so tender and the cheese oozed out when I was cutting it. It came with red potatoes and fresh vegetables. To top it off I got a butterscotch sundae... so on point!!! Looking forward to trying out the lunch and breakfast.

I appreciated that my misconceptions of this place looking older and what, not were wrong. The dinners were amazing, the food was soo unique and really tasty. I got to meet the sous chef who was in Europe for some time who came to assist the main chef at the lodge. It seemed that they worked together to make a little of both of their tastes work, and it worked well. I had Venison for the first time, the lamb was to die for, the chicken as well, their meat was tender. It just seemed so fresh for a lodge, I was impressed. The french fries are sooo good. I dont even eat much carbs but every lunch I ordered a side. Lunch is not bad, but I dont think its anything worth raving about. Breakfast is harty and always have fresh fruit, eggs, yummy bacon and juices. The last night we were there they did a bbq, we really appreciated that they did that for us.

When I went with my partner, it was almost empty, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Real private, real peaceful. Staff was great too super mindful of my partner's allergies, which I appreciated heavy. I had the Linguine di Mare with mussels, clams, bay scallops, prawns, all swimming in this rich tomato sauce they call sugo (had to look it up, not gonna lie..haha). Seafood was fresh, pasta cooked right, and the flavours...On point! I went with the large size--worth the $3 upgrade. Paired it with a glass of house wine, and yeah, that combo brought it all together. Good food, chill ambiance, and a laid-back luxury vibe. Rating: 4 out of 5

One arrival, you park on the left side is the closest to the skiing area, walk around to the back and you have access to the rental and lift ticket pick up. Rentals are easy, they even give beginners poles (not that they should get poles). I took my newbie from magic carpet to lift managing to get down the hill without falling and with great control. People are nice on the slopes, a patron saw someone in our group had fallen and just checked on them. I also helped some mangled newbies untwist their legs with the fall. Not sure where to get hot chocolate but the weather was nice, the people were nice. I noticed on the magic carpet my newbie kept sliding backwards so the lift operator pulled the newbie thru to make sure she could ride the lift, thanks! The location was not crowded that I could ski backwards without worrying about hitting anyone- oh I didn't get any issues skiing backwards too. It's a pity March 19 was the last day open. Will return next time when I have some new skiers to train.
