Well worth the drive and cost. Not overly difficult and fairly forgivable for an average player. One of my favourites

Beautiful Spa, But Missing a Few Key Elements…read more Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is a stunning and peaceful escape. The grounds are beautiful, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were warm and professional. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into creating a space for deep relaxation and mindfulness. That said, I'm giving it 4 stars--not because it's not great (it really is)--but because it didn't fully align with what I was hoping for. I came to reconnect with my wife, relax, and enjoy some rare quality time together (we have three kids and I work over 100 hours a week). Unfortunately, the strict no-talking policy made that difficult. I completely understand and respect the intention behind the silence--it's part of their philosophy--but I found myself wishing there was at least a designated area where quiet conversation was allowed. We also hoped to enjoy a massage as part of the experience, but there were no appointments available until later in the afternoon--even though the spa was fairly empty most of the morning. That was a bit disappointing, especially since we had planned to make the most of the day. Also, compared to other spas I've visited, I missed having access to drinks or a fresh food restaurant on site. It would've elevated the experience to be able to enjoy a healthy bite or a glass of wine by the pools. All that said, I still left feeling relaxed and recharged. If you're looking for a serene, meditative solo escape, this is a perfect place. But if you're hoping for a more social or well-rounded spa day with your partner, just know it might feel a bit limiting. #ScandinaveSpa #BlueMountainSpa #RelaxAndRecharge #OntarioSpas #SpaDay #CouplesRetreat #SpaReview #WellnessTravel #Hydrotherapy #SilentSpa #MindfulMoments

Their cold plunges and hot tubs were excellent too. I do wish they had a space or room where a little quiet chatting was allowed, the rule about silence was a little stifling - though I can appreciate it. My other issue was with the food and snacks at the cafe, just not good. I wish you could purchase quality tea or snacks for a little break, it will really add to the experience. Overall I enjoyed the spa, but I don't know if I'd come back.

The hype was worth it. The food was delicious, the ambiance was out of this world and the waitstaff was attentive yet unobtrusive and was able to anticipate our needs and keep us happy. Located in the Elora Mill area which seems to be a heritage site and has a quaint historic town vibe. Parking isn't available directly next to the restaurant so you park and walk across a bridge over a beautiful water mill feature which is obviously the name sake for the area. Parking isn't available complimentary so don't forget to get it validated once you walk in or are leaving the restaurant but obviously before you get back to your car otherwise your only options will be to pay out of pocket or make the trek over the bridge and back to the restaurant. Neither option is great and will leave a sour taste after your lovely experience at the restaurant. We had appetizers, drinks and main meals. My 3 brunch companions went with vegan options but I opted for a chicken dish which exceeded my expectations with its sheer size and deliciousness. The chicken was breaded and what was obvious to me was that the panko breading was well seasoned and elevated the dish to another level. The accompanying fries were divine. I also had a small salad which was fresh and crunchy and delicious. The entire experience was a 20 out of 10. From our seat overlooking the water we could see patrons at the associated spa in their robes on the roof deck enjoying what looked to be food from the restaurant. I could see myself coming back for the spa and lunch experience with libations on the roof deck.
