Dream Chicken makes some pretty good chicken sandwiches (Mike's Caesar and the banh mi rank among my favorites) and Umami has pivoted to okay renditions of Americanized Chinese food. There's a bar upstairs and a bar downstairs with some decent happy hour specials, and when the weather allows for it there is plenty of outdoor and rooftop seating available.
