Repeatedly we have tried to get them to measure out kitchen for counters and cabinets. They have been wasting a lot of time. Apparently no one knows what's going on there either. We made an appointment to meet with the designer for new counters and cabinets. They tried to discourage us from waiting. We finally talked to the designer and they took our choices down told us they would schedule us for a measure. It never happened then three weeks later tried to refund the charge. I told them to talk to my mother , who has the keys to measure they said theyd call and they never did. So now I have to chase them.down again . So far they have wasted 3 weeks! This same home depot told me my doors would be in in two weeks and they wont be in for 4 weeks and delayed the tile by a week. But by far the cabinets are the most infuriating part of this saga. I was told that everything was cut and dry. The kitchen would be measured quickly and they would be ordered and placed asap. Why was it important for me to give you a deadline on when I wanted this done if it was going to be slow rolled ?

Upon entering I was immediately smitten with the architecture and customer experience, including the same brickwork I was surprised to see in local homes as I wandered through town, well-worn hardware floors that would tell quite a history if they could talk, nostalgic black and white photographs of old town Safford, and the most amazing selection of locally made olive oil and assorted sundries. I ordered an Arizona panini and a large iced Americano. The panini was a bit smaller than I expected, but it more than made up for that in the freshness of the ingredients and the remarkable southwestern taste. The Americano was perfect, well-pulled espresso shots, not too strong nor too weak. If you're searching for an excellent coffee, this is your place! While I'm sitting here writing this review, uploading RAW photos to my editor, and saving an incredible Americano, my eyes are happily wandering over the items for sale, placed tastefully throughout the store allowing for casual shopping without pressure. The patio was lovely, totally shaded, though I did end up in the sun for a bit. All in all, it was just OK. It was a very urgent need. He pulled a whole tie rod assembly for our truck down off the shelf to ensure he found the right nut and cotter pin. When he couldn't find the right one in the store, he gave me the one off the tie rod assembly and told me that he could replace the one for the tie rod assembly that he has to sell within a day. I was so grateful. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. He said to just come back when I needed something for the truck. I will most definitely be back. Customer service is not dead. It just lives in Safford!

On Friday, April 5, this year I bought a water heater from True Value; two of their employees came…read moreout after work to install it, for cash. The installation went fine; no problems then or now. The problem is removing the old heater. The employees left it outside by my back porch and said they would be out the next day, Saturday, by noon to take it away. Didn't happen. On Monday, April 29, I went to their store to ask what the problem was and when the old heater would be picked up. This touched off a comedy routine between two of their employees about who fixed problems and who was a problem. I wasn't laughing. After the comedy routine was done, I was promised that it would be picked up Friday for sure. That would have been May3. Didn't happen then, either. On June 10, I sent a snail mail letter to the store (their email wasn't working) explaining the situation and asking when the old water heater would be picked up. No response. As I write this, late July, the damned thing is still sitting right where their guys left it. This is not my idea of customer service. And I don't appreciate being the butt of somebody's jokes. I wonder if these guys realize that anything they sell can be found someplace else in town. And from now on, anything I might need will be bought someplace else.
