This class went over first aid and CPR, mainly the basics given a certian situation. Since all situations will be different being able to recognize some signs we're helpful. The instructor Tricia was expressive and engaging, the 4 hour class flew by quickly with an information dump of how-tos, both in video format and with partner demonstrations. There were room for questions after each section and each answer was informative. Luckily they provide a take home manual that summarizes the slides you'll be going through if you forget. Bring snacks and drinks (closed tops/bottles), as you'll get breaks in between, though they do offer some for sale. Overall great class and definitely recommend it either for a first time, refrehser or if you need the most basic form of certification.

If you're considering ATA, talk to current and recent students first and ask specifically about the classroom dynamic. Our instructor, Michael Liganor is phenomenal and I kept thinking how blessed we were to have him. I told him I learned so much just on my first day of lectures. He definitely could get picked up to be a Medical Director or some other fancy title of a hospital but he was here.... With us! Blessed! The school makes it easy to sign up and get paperwork done. They also offer students of the school discounted classes so take advantage! Tiffany, Sun and Michael are super effective communicators and are very helpful and can answer all your questions about CNA, or any of the many classes they offer.
