It's been a long 3-4 month fighting this issue but she lies to the state to not lose her business blames the people. Does not refund you for the classes you have paid already. My wife was a committed CNA at a well know hospital and she was force to quit. Before getting fired. I would like to save people time money and most important their jobs since we weren't aware of the way she runs the place. Please do be aware we're living a hell but we will make it work but for someone that loves her jobs and helping people to lose her job like that is horrible watching my wife hurting like she is. Please do take this into consideration we would of loved to be warned but again we didn't. We will like to get legal actions toward this issue but required money to proceed so any help with cases like this please do feel free to guide us with this issue. We attempted to get refund but she refuse to since we did pay her cash. We don't understand how the state have here on their main website as a certified provider for the classes.

Instead of feeling like a bystander, I walked away feeling informed, useful, and actually confident in how I can support my wife during labor. The techniques we learned--breathing, relaxation, visualization--aren't just for moms. I found myself using them too, and they've already helped us both stay calmer leading up to the big day. What stood out most was how much emphasis was placed on teamwork. I learned specific, practical ways to advocate for my wife, help her stay relaxed, and create a positive environment no matter how the birth unfolds. Signed up and registered online for this class, due to me expecting a newborn soon. I'm not in the…read moremedical field and needed general knowledge of how to perform CPR. This class went over first aid and CPR, mainly the basics given a certian situation. Since all situations will be different being able to recognize some signs we're helpful. The instructor Tricia was expressive and engaging, the 4 hour class flew by quickly with an information dump of how-tos, both in video format and with partner demonstrations. There were room for questions after each section and each answer was informative. Luckily they provide a take home manual that summarizes the slides you'll be going through if you forget. Bring snacks and drinks (closed tops/bottles), as you'll get breaks in between, though they do offer some for sale. Overall great class and definitely recommend it either for a first time, refrehser or if you need the most basic form of certification.
