I wish they gave me notice in advance about their pricing. . I was only told of the policy in a condescending manner when I raise the concern. I don't think I'm gonna use them again, which is unfortunate because they're convenient. On a sidenote, the last time I got a prescription filled from them about a year ago. I asked if they gave the Covid vaccine and the Owner pharmacist went on an unsolicited riff for about five minutes, telling me why he thought it was unsafe. I didn't ask for that information at this point we all know what the risks of the covid vaccine bosoters. It's kind of ironic because that day, he was complaining about the big pharmacy companies and how much they charge for the vaccine. Today I'm complaining about how much he charged me for the solution he and made and the additional profit he is making. I feel the $60 minimum compounding fee is arbitrary. It is not related to the cost of the medication or the effort that was made to create the solution. It should be told in advance to customers when they placed there prescriptions.

If you've got time 'Mana Foods' in Paia is a perfect spot to satisfy those needs - grab a quick meal or stock the shelves or fridge of your condo. only 15 minutes from Kahului airport. There is a Whole Foods just as close to the airport but by visiting Paia you get to kill two birds with one stone; Paia is full of little shops and restaurants & Mana Foods is unique in many ways and definitely worth a visit. Mana has a 'ton of healthy food options' and the hot food bar is superb; many organic selections, killer soups, sandwiches, steamed veges, etc. The hot food bar is hands-down way superior than Whole Foods. There is plenty of 'scan to park' spots available in Paia and it may be important to note that there is not a lot of places to sit down and eat your food if you purchase food to go... you kinda have to find a shady curb somewhere to sit down and eat. I think Mana in Paia is well worth a slight detour.

Well needles to say this would have been convenient if not for the fact that the staff and especially the pharmacist is one of the rudest people I have met on this island. They were rude and disrespectful to my 75 year old father. Then when I went in to talk to them they were rude as hell to me. You would think being a small town pharmacy that they would want local business but I guess not. I guess they have all the business they need or want. My family is from the area. I have lived here longer than that business has been around. And hopefully it won't be there much longer especially with the way they treat local customers. I was respectful and did not raise my voice cause I know some people will be like oh maybe you had an attitude. I did not and was trying to be as polite as possible. I would highly advise you take your business elsewhere especially when the pharmacist is trying to tell me what medications I need and don't need. Last time I checked she was not my Dr and should not have told my Dr she would fill my prescriptions if she is not capable or willing to. I would say take your business to longs or downtown stay away from this business. It is toxic.

Upon walking in, the sales associate that helped me gave exceptional customer service which prompted me to write this review. I wish I could remember her name, but she basically sold me on the deals and told me about a coupon that was sent out that day and how to take advantage of it and what I could pair it with. Despite being part of the mailing list, I didn't get the coupon emailed to me, but she still honored it! They generally have good deals all the time, but definitely join their mailing list to make the deals even sweeter. I ended up with multiple hand soap, lotion, body spray, & a 3 wick candle. All for just a cool $25! I love all the scents that I picked out and have been using them on a daily basis. I love having a physical location to go and be able to actually smell everything now. Lol. Before Maui had a brick & mortar location, I would order big batches online and pick things out based on the reviews. My favorite products are the hand soaps and the candles. The lotions smell great too, but I only put lotion on my hands and so they last me for...ever. The shop isn't as big as other B&B locations, but they have everything you could possible want/need from lotions, to hand sanitizers, to wall flowers, etc. They always have the best deals and I tend to stock up when they're super good (probably another reason why I don't come in too often?).
