my husband to Julie for a medical problem , and she right away referred him to er in the hospital…read more!! she is the perfect person to see because she's so knowledgeable that she knew that my husband would need to be in the hospital! Like most men, he put it off, but she called that night to make sure that he went. My granddaughter made him go, and they found a problem with his kidneys. He would never have gone to the emergency room without first going to an InstaCare. Luckily, it was the most perfect instacare that we have ever gone to.! I had a problem, and of course went to Julie , who recommended that I get an x-ray at the hospital. I went, and they took an x-ray and gave me some medicines for bronchitis. Then Julie called me two days after, she had taken a Covid test, and called me that night and said I've had Covid.! I went back to her the next day, and instead of that highly intensive meds that I had been given, she put me on a steroid, and then an z Pak after that. It was too late for me to take paxlovid, but she made everything work out for me perfectly. I will forever be indebted to Julie for her thoroughness and willingness to send me and my husband to the hospital. He had to stay over night , but thanks to Julie , he's just fine !!! Her and her cohort , forgive me, I forgot her name, were awesome !!!! Both so personable and caring ! I'm in your debt!!!

To say that we found absolutely nothing worthy of 'outlet price' is a massive understatement. Nice people - for sure, selection of merchandise at full price - stupendous, availability of anything approaching a 'deal' was non-existent. If you plan on stopping in Dillon just to hit this location, don't bother. If you are stopping for vittles or fuel, then it is worth a cursory look, but just don't get your hopes up (as we did) for you are almost sure to be disappointed
