Is this really an outlet or just a Patagonia store? I found regular prices other than three or four small racks with "sample men's small", "outlet women's small", etc. The store also has a poor layout. Great, friendly service. I visited the store while traveling and had considered purchasing a coat for my daughter. The coat was a real bargain but couldn't reach her to see if she wanted it. I took a pass. Later I reconsidered, called the store to see if the clerk would be willing to find the coat and hold it for me. She did and offered to mail it directly to my daughter. She found the coat inspite of my bad directions. It was 5 minutes to closing too. I was very happy and will go back. read more

Visited the Pantagonia outlet this afternoon, and was absolutely appalled at the complete lack of customer service . Walked into the store wanting to buy a winter coat as a Christmas gift. As I walked in there were very few customers , with four employees standing behind the service counter. I proceeded to walk around and look at coats for ten minutes. I was never greeted or approached by an employee of the store. Do they expect customers to come in and spend their hard earned dollars, while receiving zero customer service. Anyway, I won't go back. I love the brand and have many of their tops and jacket. This store was stockpiled with aisle after aisle of clothes. It seemed everything that I liked wasn't on special ...... only past seasons styles. After 15 mins I walked out without buying anything. read more

Not what it used to be. Overpriced, unreliable and inconsistent operating hours. The selection all seems to be the same stuff from the previous season but at higher prices. I guess all brands have their lifetime and Patagonia is near its end. read more

My goodness, no one has written a review for these guys yet? I discovered the Dillon Outlet in the early 00's and have been a loyal phone/fax order customer ever since! My husband and I love the Patagonia brand, so to get discounts on it is one of the treats of life. I have not yet visited the store, but I have made tons of purchases from them over the years. I have interacted with the staff for a decade, and they are always top notch. They are super-knowledgeable about the products and their uses, and extremely helpful about suggesting other items in a practical way (not salesman-pushy). Outlet prices have allowed me to try products I would not have bought otherwise, and I am so glad I did buy them because they are now staples in my and my husband's wardrobes. All of the staff is great, but the women in particular have been very kind when helping with fit and function on female things like sportsbras, etc. which is totally necessary for phone orders, and has been so helpful to me because Patagonia sportsbras are the best I have ever had. Point is, they all know their products inside and out, and they are very thoughtful and forthcoming about anything you can think to ask, and more. Absolutely wonderful staff in every way! Orders are always shipped promptly and I can't remember anything being the wrong item or being mischarged or anything; it's always been swell. I have stocked up on Patagonia baby items too, and I owe it to these kind folks who helped me figure out all we will need. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff who are willing to go out of their way to help you. Great selection of soft goods. Patagonia stores have a way of building a community around them and these guys and gals seem to do just that. Kudos to their efforts. Have never physically been to this store, this review is based purely on a phone order. We were looking for a pair of shorts and our local store ran a search and this was the only store in the country that had them in stock. We were not told that we would be charged 9.14 for ground shipment (for a pair of baggies that weight .4 ounces!) when completing the transaction over the phone and only found out about the extra charge when we looked at the receipt that came with the order. Had to call and request a refund on shipping and received it along with a dose of attitude and a lot of sighing. Doesn't seem legal/ethical to add extra charges to a person's credit card without their knowledge. read more

I live in Washington but am lucky enough to have a get-away in Montana about an hour from this store. It is fantastic and I am not always lucky enough to hit the sales but even at their normal discounts my husband and I find lots of stuff we like at reduced prices. Have al bought clothes for daughter and grandson. Selection varies of course but worth the trip. Also, staff are vey helpful and Montana friendly! I'm heading there tomorrow. read more
