I'm surprised when a manager Damon of Norco called me explaining in detail about what happened, the options and choices You don't know how much that communication meant to the customer like me and not me chasing the billing department for sending me bills and threatening me to collection because all I want is to understand why my bills went up like that. Norco Butte gave me a courtesy explaining the details. Effective communication and let's work together to resolve the issue . I really appreciate Norco management for taking care of their customer and not ignoring petty customer like me. I apologized for Norco idaho branch, it has nothing to do about whole staff,, it's just very frustrating that with numerous emails I sent, I only get one to two reply with no clear answer. Again, thank you Mr. Damon you truly deserved your position. I will rather buy my DME supplies directly to Norco, cheaper and quality products

I was referred to them by another supplier in town that didn't take BlueCross BlueShield. The woman at the counter greeted with a "what do you want" attitude. Then she accused the other store of sending me to her because "these things are hard to do." The next day, a man from the store called me to tell me that my son's insurance, "Healthy Montana Kids," which is under CHIP, no longer existed. "It went a way," he said. It really did not, and Norco my son have to wait two days to get help with his breathing. So, I called Lincare, and I had a nebulizer in no time at all. I should have went there first. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a business under Yelp.
