Everything they serve is of the top most quality and they will definitely fix any problems you have with your groceries. Dave and Jamie are two of the nicest guys you will meet and they manage the store very well to keep it stocked and running smoothly. One of the great options for the older people of the community is the ability to have your groceries delivered to your house. You phone in your order and then at a time that you are available, a delivery boy will bring everything you need to your home. Also a great way to save money on groceries is Customer Appreciation Day (I know it's at most grocery stores now) where you save 15% on your groceries! This happens on the first Tuesday of every month, so make sure you get in to grab some groceries. There will be a ton of people in the store, but all of the tills will probably be putting people through, so it shouldn't take too long. Sobeys is a great place to grab some groceries but be sure to grab your free membership in order to grab all of the deals.

In addition to the usual produce, Asian snacks, seafood and meat sections, they uniquely have a whole aisle dedicated to Asian beauty products which I regarded with high interest. As for produce, it's actually pretty good and is typically fresh and worth buying. I do find some of the peppers and tomatoes tend to be a bit of a challenge on being wilted or bruised, but everything else is typically fantastic. I actually find the produce quality to better than the other alternative in town. As for cashiers, I don't know, I've never really had to wait very long. I'm pretty easygoing as far as being rung through a till. I can be chatty and some cashier are, some aren't. Whatever. A cashier doesn't define my overall experience. My only real gripe about here is they need to bring in those little loonie things, because I never seem to have a loonie for a cart when I need it!
