They even tried to convince me that it was 2 layer but the tag says 4 layer for some unrelated reason. I have actual grocery/bakery experience. I know these things happen but to ignore the fact they did NOT fill my order properly was really bothersome. Northwest meats was brown and had a foul odor, Stewart's meats was juicy with blood and no odor at all. Conclusion made. They sold us rotten meat. Not cool for the food industry. Have some standards. That could have made someone really sick had they not known and eaten any of it.

Make it more user friendly for the customers and not your payroll budget. Because 7pm for CS to close is outrageous and I'm floored that upper management doesn't see how inconvenient 7pm is for its customers. Shame on you.

At Winco I was able to buy the same pork chops for $2.38 per pound and the package was only $8.40. The pork at the outlet was $3.48 per pound for rotten meat. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers brought home rotted chops and put them in the freezer for another day. If it wasn't so late in the day I would have done this. So if you recently bought chops at this store and put them in your freezer I suggest you return them because when you defrost them you will find out they are un edible This place was no bargain.
