I was in Lacey and needed a simple loaf of bread so stopped here. What a nice store! The selection is huge and the deli department runs circles around other local super markets. In the past. My last 3 cake orders were WRONG over the last 3 months (march, April and May birthdays in my house). The first 2 were only missing the piped writing. No big deal. Which brings me to the reason i will NEVER shop there again. I ordered a 2 layer bakery cake for my son's birthday. When I ordered i specifically ordered the 2 layer cake. NOT the four layer private selections factory made garbage they presented to me at pick up. I spoke to 2 bakery employees and a manager. All who seemed less than concerned. They even tried to convince me that it was 2 layer but the tag says 4 layer for some unrelated reason. I have actual grocery/bakery experience. I know these things happen but to ignore the fact they did NOT fill my order properly was really bothersome. The lack of customer service and the outright lie to my face that these 2 cakes are the same was enough for me. I wont go out of my way to shop or order here again.

I even went to Stewart's meats out in Roy (where we normally buy big meat packages from) and did a test trial. Let them defrost in the fridge for a day or so. Northwest meats was brown and had a foul odor, Stewart's meats was juicy with blood and no odor at all. Conclusion made. They sold us rotten meat. Not cool for the food industry. Have some standards. That could have made someone really sick had they not known and eaten any of it.

This Walmart location consistently struggles with staffing and customer service. The checkout area…read moreis often short on cashiers, and the self-checkout machines frequently malfunction, causing long delays. The subway inside the store also presents concerns. One of the employees regularly appears frustrated when interacting with customers and is often seen stepping outside to smoke during business hours. The deli department has ongoing issues. I observed employees handling chemicals in the the back without changing their gloves before returning to food preparations. The management at this location appears to be lacking oversight, and accountability. These issues significantly impact the customer experience and should be addressed promptly.

She opened the package and we could small they also were bad. We both went back to the meat department to find a fresh package. As she proceeded to open each package they were all bad! How could this be? They returned my money no problem but I needed chops to cook for my family's dinner so I went to Winco. I am new to the area and had decided to check the Grocery Outlet out since the price of food is so high. I was very disappointed. At Winco I was able to buy the same pork chops for $2.38 per pound and the package was only $8.40. The pork at the outlet was $3.48 per pound for rotten meat. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers brought home rotted chops and put them in the freezer for another day. If it wasn't so late in the day I would have done this. So if you recently bought chops at this store and put them in your freezer I suggest you return them because when you defrost them you will find out they are un edible This place was no bargain.
