Reasonable pricing Staff is always friendly and helpful. Large pottery selection, and all of great quality. They have even given me free little things here and there. Love wandering through here. I go often just for the feeling of walking through, and I have never left empty-handed! Love the hodgepodge feeling about the trinkets they use in the art/ decor around here as well. They had lots of Arctostaphylos and Ceanothus, many penstemons, seedlings of native trees, grasses, and perennials. The nursery person was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to make some really good recommendations that showed she understands the challenges of our climate and a love of the plants. They are currently moving to a new location north of Chico at Meridian.

It turns out, we both did! I appreciated the welcoming employees, but they also didn't hover. We were able to stroll the property, and admire all of the beautiful plants. It was really peaceful. Although I didn't buy anything, I spotted a few things in the gift shop that will likely bring me back. I've heard that they host classes - wreath making, flower arrangements, etc. - and I would definitely sign up for something like that!
