Let me start by saying that I would leave zero stars if possible. I am extremely pissed off. I had an appointment scheduled (to begin) between 8am and 12pm. I made special arrangements at the factory I work in to have my vehicle inside the heated shop for the tech to work in. No one has shown up or contacted me in anyway. It is now 1:30pm and I have called, texted, emailed every contact I could find and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I was able to get ahold of someone at the corporate sales level and all they said was " you'll have to wait, they're probably just late." I am extremely irritated at this level of service. Shoddy service. My winshield looks the same after so called service, for a small chip. Were constantly trying to sell me a winshield. I am a senior on a fixed income. 250.00 dollars is too much. For a winshield I do not need. read more

My windshield had a chip which the tech did a fantastic job repairing. What I was disapointed about was the email from Safelite stating there was no charge for the repair. At the store, I was billed $65. If you go, bring a credit card! The email states one thing, the store is different. read more

We had someone shoot a BB at our truck while at a friend's house, and hit the front windshield a couple times. It started spidering out, and took us a while to call someone to give us a quote. It was all the way across to the other side when Safelite came and replaced it, and it looks great! read more

Would highly recommend the Safelite/Peru location for any windshield replacement needs. Once our rear windshield was received, the process to replace the damaged one was seamless, with convenient scheduling of the replacement at my home, versus having to drive to the shop. The technician, Steve, paid extreme attention to detail when installing the rear windshield, including thoroughly vacuuming the inside and outside of the vehicle, and cleaning ALL of the vehicle's windshields! Safelite/Peru would be the first call I'd make, if I ever require windshield service in the future. read more
