We got the winter Pro wash (?) but I was not prepared the first time we were here as we were told it is at least 35 to 40 minutes to wash the car!! It is a full service wash and interior clean. Whoa! We ended up waiting the entire time for the first trip here, and Billie chatted with us most of that time. I observed many regulars coming in and chatting with her, and she knew everyone by name. Mental note to not drop your car off after 3pm as a grade school next door is letting the kids out for the day. There is a lot of local traffic and you will be stuck waiting to get into the car wash entrance. It is also a bit confusing where the actual car wash entrance is, as there are parking spaces right outside and not sure if it is part of the car wash facility or not. The next day we brought a second car here and wised up, this time we planned to go to breakfast next door while the car was being washed. It was ready when we got back. The only gripe I have with the second time here is the interior was not that thoroughly cleaned. As part of the pro wash and detailing they are supposed to vacuum and detail the interior. They had the car for 45 minutes so I would have expected the entire car to be wiped down and sparkling inside and out. As I was driving home I noticed the dashboard was still very dusty and it appeared that someone had taken a rag and just wiped a little part of it near the passenger speakers. Most of the dashboard was not wiped off. Disappointing. The exterior was sparkling and spotless though.

July of 2023 I ordered a Ford Maverick from Schiller ford, I knew it would take some time so I was patient for months, it wasn't until I heard others who had ordered from other dealers months after me and already had build dates that I became annoyed. I started contacting the dealer periodically to check on the status and was always just told Ford hasn't picked up the order yet and they can't give me any updates. When I heard a couple people I know that ordered in March 2024 and already had build dates in June, I began to get angry. I contacted Ford customer service and was told they had no record of my order and I would have to talk to the dealer. I told them if I could get any information from the dealer I would t be calling them. I then sent an email to the CEO of ford and head of customer relations and within a day I was contacted by ford, they took the information on my order escalated it and gave me a build date. Something maybe the dealer could have done months ago and I wouldn't have been waiting for almost a year. The same guy also told me that the dealer had a few others stuck in their order banks, so if you ordered from Schimmer and have been waiting a long time you're welcome. Your vehicle might finally be on its way to production. I had told the dealer several times that I wanted to be notified as soon as they got a build date because my fear is they would wait to call me until the truck was on the lot and then low ball me on my trade saying take it or leave it we will just sell it to someone else. They assured me they would so I would have time to sell my trade myself if they were unwilling to give me its value. I waited three days after Ford had located and scheduled a build for my truck and still no updates from the dealer. I wrote a letter to the president expressing my dissatisfaction with the follow-up and customer service and why did I have to be the one to go to corporate and get this order moving, why didn't any of his staff take the initiative to find out why it was stuck in limbo. I received a snarky email back with absolutely no appologies and basically telling me to feel free to buy the truck elsewhere. I have waited almost a year, my trade is now a year older, interest rates are higher. If he had offered even one apology for his staff not following up and a willingness to do the best he could on my trade, or in any respect at least pretended he wanted to earn my business I would have gone through with the deal. But he might as well have told me to F- off, go somewhere else. So that's how they treat their customers.

They were very rude to my daughter when she brought her car in due to a starter issue. They treated…read moreher like she was a dumb kid wasting their time. She has had troubles with her car starting several times and was recommended to go to A&B. She dropped off her car and they called her that night and told her that they started it just fine 15 different times. They had her leave it over night so they could check it the next day and told her the same thing. Said there was nothing wrong with the car. However, the people who recommended them tested her battery and starter and all that and said it was coming up as the starter being low. And to take it to A&B because the first garage couldn't do starters. They didn't bother to do a voltage drop test on the starter cable and ground circuit, or check for a dead spots or inspect the neutral safety switch or clutch pedal switch. They just decided that since it started it was fine and not worth their time. We won't be going back. Although, from the sounds of how they treated her, I doubt they'll care.

The minute I found the alert I called about the car. The guy I spoke to wasn't the least bit pushy and gave me great helpful info about the car. When we came out to look at the car he pointed out all it's issues (with a 25 plus year old car, there will be issues)and put it up on the lift for us so it would be easy to see the under carriage. There was no haggling and we left feeling excited about the car and great about the place we bought it from!
