I called them and I was given a quote right away and given such good advice and information from the receptionist. They were booked for a little over a week but that was okay with me, only meant that they are good at what they do. When showing up for my appointment everything was very simply and easy. I had already known what I wanted and the price was fair. The man who worked on my car and who took care of me at the counter was very nice and caring. It took a couple of hours as they had stated and once I showed up to pay for my service and pick up my car I couldn't have been happier. I have now had my tints for a month and I'm completely in love with my car all over again. No problems with the tints at all. I have definitely recommended this place to my co-workers and family. I see myself going back and getting my sunroof to match the rest of my tints.

I made special arrangements at the factory I work in to have my vehicle inside the heated shop for the tech to work in. No one has shown up or contacted me in anyway. It is now 1:30pm and I have called, texted, emailed every contact I could find and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I was able to get ahold of someone at the corporate sales level and all they said was " you'll have to wait, they're probably just late." I am extremely irritated at this level of service. I really wish there were other glass installers in the area. (also, I am located in Ottawa IL. Not California)

Well it wasn't pulled into Home Depot which was right across the street ran in bought something came out and I had a puddle of antifreeze underneath my vehicle they don't have a clue on what they're doing there . Friend of mine blew up as engine because they did not tighten the oil filter up and leaked oil all the way home by the time he was half way home, witch was only about a 2 mile drive his engine seized up!!!
