I politely called when I saw the result and was told to bring it back. After only about 20 minutes of "fixing mistakes," I was asked to point out an employee's errors in front of their boss. I'm not here to teach staff how to treat customers -- I paid for a service. I didn't even ask for a refund because at this point it's honestly laughable and a true waste of time. We got the winter Pro wash (?) but I was not prepared the first time we were here as we were told it is at least 35 to 40 minutes to wash the car!! It is a full service wash and interior clean. Whoa! We ended up waiting the entire time for the first trip here, and Billie chatted with us most of that time. I observed many regulars coming in and chatting with her, and she knew everyone by name. Mental note to not drop your car off after 3pm as a grade school next door is letting the kids out for the day. There is a lot of local traffic and you will be stuck waiting to get into the car wash entrance. It is also a bit confusing where the actual car wash entrance is, as there are parking spaces right outside and not sure if it is part of the car wash facility or not. The next day we brought a second car here and wised up, this time we planned to go to breakfast next door while the car was being washed. It was ready when we got back. The only gripe I have with the second time here is the interior was not that thoroughly cleaned. As part of the pro wash and detailing they are supposed to vacuum and detail the interior. They had the car for 45 minutes so I would have expected the entire car to be wiped down and sparkling inside and out. As I was driving home I noticed the dashboard was still very dusty and it appeared that someone had taken a rag and just wiped a little part of it near the passenger speakers. Most of the dashboard was not wiped off. Disappointing. The exterior was sparkling and spotless though.

Most of my interaction with Carlson was via email - I could tell that Gary was very professional and knew what he was doing. The repairs were extensive, but our vehicle wasn't totaled, and they fit us into their schedule, even going so far as to let us pick the vehicle up on a Saturday afternoon, less than 2 weeks after the collision. I found out that Gary had actually driven that morning to get the correct replacement headlight from a dealership in suburban Chicago, and made sure it was installed correctly on the car on a Saturday. I've owned award-winning show cars and know auto paint, and our vehicle's paint is perfect, the repairs were done correctly, and we experienced no issues driving the car home 11 hours to Maryland. First-class repair, done fast, by nice people who know what they are doing. Can't recommend them more highly.

This guy prefers the touch-less auto wash it seems to rid my car of all the rural country grim that always seems to build up through out the week. The offer several Detail packages as well which I have never taken advantage of as I drive a 2001, I have never used a vaccum however I can relate to the frustation of the other review however when you have people using shop vaccums to pick up god knows what you can not be upset if it pops the occasional fuse it is better than catching on fire, when breakers blow out you should count your blessings.

It always happens unless you never touch your car with any kind of cloth or fiber. However the auto spa just ran my car through their wax machine and took out every swirl or mark left by bad cloth or micro fibers. They know what they're doing and are very good at it. We stayed in town shopping as it was Black Friday thinking we could pick it up on the way home. Well two phone calls to them later and 9 hours we decided to just go there and it was sitting outside. Had no phone calls from them telling us it was done. Went inside and the lady was sitting kicked back on her phone and looked fed up when she saw us walking in. Install looks fine as it should with so much time taken. Completely unimpressed with the service and honesty from the employees. Got a lackadaisical apology and had them try and lie to our face about how long it takes when we called at 3pm and they said they were just starting on the grille guard.
