(3) For additional dollars, sometimes I run my mats at their machine. Their attendants at the front end are welcoming and offer you a lint free blue wipe cloth. During your vacuuming, they offer you a glass wipe for cleaning. I like these details, options, and the time I'm offered to complete my vacuum. I have been to other car washes and Mr Sparkle here in Peru, Il. is a good one for me. I get the value for what I spend and my car is clean inside and out. Thank you! I emailed them to explain the situation and they denied that their wash would do this. I went to the office and showed them and they did not admit or deny the damage was caused there. I'm fairness, it is difficult to prove or disprove. They let me cancel my membership but did not offer any sort of refund. It's unfortunate that the old style touchless car washes are being undercut by these scratch factories. Touchless charge $6 and this wash charges $5 for basic. If you don't care about your paint it's worth saving some money I guess.
