I went there on 5/18 and put in a coupon for my car wash. It said to pull forward when the green light turned on. It never came on and the car wash did not start. I pulled forward thinking it may kick on, it didn't. I drove around and tried again, nothing. Nobody is available, nobody has been there, and every contact information that has been provided seems to be invailed. So I guess I lost my money.

Their car wash is great. It offers all these options: (1) if you want, you have the option of…read moredoing a pre-scrub for your windshield, grill, and wheels (2) then, if you have the time, you can vacuum not just the floors of your car, but blow away the dirt from all the nooks and crannies. (3) For additional dollars, sometimes I run my mats at their machine. Their attendants at the front end are welcoming and offer you a lint free blue wipe cloth. During your vacuuming, they offer you a glass wipe for cleaning. I like these details, options, and the time I'm offered to complete my vacuum. I have been to other car washes and Mr Sparkle here in Peru, Il. is a good one for me. I get the value for what I spend and my car is clean inside and out. Thank you! I emailed them to explain the situation and they denied that their wash would do this. I went to the office and showed them and they did not admit or deny the damage was caused there. I'm fairness, it is difficult to prove or disprove. They let me cancel my membership but did not offer any sort of refund. It's unfortunate that the old style touchless car washes are being undercut by these scratch factories. Touchless charge $6 and this wash charges $5 for basic. If you don't care about your paint it's worth saving some money I guess.
