Made a note I was willing to pay extra. I thought being in the actual store with this request, they took a note, but when I came to pick up the car, the decal was not installed - it was sitting in my car right where I left it. They were easy to talk through everything with they were able to get my ASAP. They got it done in one day. And here's why I would say I would give them more than five stars if I was able to. When they went to go install the new window, the wrong window was delivered to them and by wrong I mean the windiw tint was the wrong tint . They took it upon themselves to call me immediately and talk through that. They even contacted a window tinting company and had the window correctly tinted at no additional cost. It was an honest mistake not even a mistake. It was just an accident instead of them saying hey sorry bring it back another day or we have to keep it for longer. They went above and beyond and asked if it was OK for them to go get the window tinted correctly.!

They got me in for a broken windshield not long after I called. My car is newer so it also required…read morerecalibration. I had planned on getting the glass at Safelite then recalibration elsewhere, but they required I do both there and were almost $300 more than Eric's quote. I received a new windshield, recalibration, and new wipers for about $731 total. I brought the car a bit before 9 am and it was ready at bit after 1pm. I didn't try going through my insurance as I didn't want that hassle or risk increasing my premium. Nice staff and good quality work.
