Worst real estate agency I've ever worked with. Impossible to get a call back, contact information…read moreis hidden/inaccurate, and property management payments are late/inconsistent or missing entirely.

Ok, so I normally don't partake in these types of things, but due to the circumstances outlined…read morebelow, I feel compelled to. For anyone thinking about working for this company, take heed to the following: I'm going to speak about my experience working there, NOT from an investor point of view, but from an employee (former recruiter) point of view. Let me start off by saying that the Broker is a nice person. He has a great heart. He means well (or at least seems to). But, it appears that he has no idea on how to run a business. There were CONSTANT issues with the paychecks. Every week, it's something new...payroll issues, more taxes taken out than normal, taxes NOT being taken out, etc. And it seems that you can never get a straight answer out of him when it comes to the money you've worked for. I've heard (on a few occasions), where he's scrambling trying to find the money to pay people ON PAYDAY (borrowing money, running to various banks for loans, etc). I thought payroll was to be handled at least 3-4 days PRIOR to payday so that everything goes through smoothly? Maybe I'm wrong. He treats employees like they're expendable. In today's world, it's hard to find genuine enployees that WANT to work, and actually enjoy their jobs. He HAD an office full of them (at least on the recruiting side). I can speak for myself when I say that I really put forth my best effort to be there and devote myself to growing the brokerage. He says "some people just don't want to work"...I'd drive almost 2 hours round trip 6 days a week to work. Ready to schedule, meet, and sign up people looking to start in real estate. I really loved the job. How am I rewarded? By NOT being paid the bonus that was promised to me. Constant changes to the pay structure. Promises of being paid, to string me along so I continue to work. I'm not one to complain or draw attention, so I just kept quiet, and kept working with the tools I was provided. I was promised a bonus for recruiting in August. It never came. By the time October hit, and I REALLY needed the money due to a little one on the way, it still never came. The recruiters would have weekly meetings, and NOT ONCE would he speak on our pay and why it was incorrect, or late. As if not speaking on it, would make it go away. Communication is LACKING severely. He doesn't return texts, calls, etc when it comes to people's pay. Other people have also commented on this. They aren't just making it up, it's true. Check the reviews on Google. He used to have reviews up on his Facebook page, but took those down once people started coming forth with the truth on how things really run at that brokerage. One thing you don't do in business, is screw with your employees' money. Especially people who aren't fortunate to have extra money laying around, and have to plan out their checks accordingly. He lost a very strong recruiter and trainer (who shall remain nameless). This person would work 7 days a week 13-14 hours a day. Building training programs for new realtors, as well as recruiting potential realtors from recruiting websites. This person is honestly one of the hardest workers I know. They got fed up with the money situation (not being paid bonuses and commissions), and office environment (that's a whole nother story), and left. The broker's response? The office will be better off without [them], people here didn't like [them] much anyway". This person came in, worked, and kept to themselves. A definite asset to the brokerage. And they were allowed to leave without a care in the world. It honestly blew my mind. The straw that broke the camel's back for me, is that NO ONE has gotten paid for the entire month of October. Every time I've asked about it, I'm told he's waiting for the funds to become available. I thought people's pay should be figured out and set aside WAY BEFORE payday. He owes A LOT of people a lot of money. I'm now forced to pull money out of my HSA to cover my rent for the month. It appears that I'll need to sue him for that back, as well as the tax hit I'm going to take in 2020 for pulling that money out early. Unless there are some MAJOR changes made within himself, and how he conducts business, I don't know how he's going to pull himself out of this. Bankruptcy definitely seems like a STRONG probability here. And it's sad because this brokerage really had a ton of potential with the people he had working for him. I'll end with this. For anyone looking to work for this company. Get things in WRITING. Stay on top of him with the things he promises. Bug him if you have to. Because when it comes to helping you progress as an employee or realtor, HE WONT HELP YOU unless it DIRECTLY helps him in some way. If anyone is looking to work here, and has further questions about the actual work environment in the office, feel free to contact me on my Facebook page. I'm willing to talk. Tread carefully.

We've recently moved to Columbus, Ohio from New Jersey. And we rented a property via this company…read more It's been three months so far and we are very pleasant with our choice. There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.
