I have had several issues with Denise throughout our time working together, but it did not start out horrible. In 2015 I and my fiancé were shown a house she gave us tips on how to move forward and gave us guidance. Well, she stayed in contact until 2017, so we decided to go with Denise since she had kept in touch. She found a house right away on Ward rd even though it was not the house for us we kept an open mind. That was the ONLY house she found for us to look at!!! I have all emails and text messages showing we had to find every single home on our own she did nothing!! But show up and late mostly might I add then stayed on her phone until we had questions then she acted interested. We show up to get our earnest money check in her office on 08/27/2017 for her to hold our check hostage until we heard her out. When I refused to hear her out because I was done with working with her, she called me AN ENTITLED LITTLE BRAT! How dare he hold me and my husband's money demanding we let her speak we only wanted the check and to leave but yet I'm the entitled one. I would never recommend using Coldwell Banker King Thompson to ANYONE!!! And will continue telling everyone who is using Coldwell about the horrible experience I had! The VP jerry white called me he said they had a talk and it was inexcusable. I appreciated the call, but I am still hurt by everything that happened. Craig is exactly the no-nonsense realtor you want especially in a market like today. He was very fast to respond and practically got us a viewing of every house we wanted to see as soon as possible.
