He had some guy do something to the the wiring in my truck, crazy. I took it back a month later and he said he didn't know what the issue was but whenever it broke down to call him lol. I spent $1000.00 for that advice. Now it's been over a year and im still dealing with the same sensor. I've had several shops tell me to take it back to him and have him do the repair he was hired to do, but I don't think so. Be careful and make sure you get a print out if the work he does.

Not knowing the actual cause of all the noise, I had it repaired at my local shop to minimize damage. When I inquired about the reimbursement of $147 for the repair due to the fact that torque arm was one of the parts manipulated in Wendell's repair......... I was met with excuses and major attitude!

We paid for the repair believing it would be done correctly, and we were told it came with a warranty. Six months later, the car started shutting off again. Since it was supposedly covered under warranty, he took it back to Snider. Less than a week after getting it back, the car started leaking gasoline. He called the shop immediately, and it took three days just to get a callback. Their solution? Tell him it needed a gasket and quote him $1,100. After already paying them to fix the fuel pump, they expected us to hand over even more money. Thankfully, my husband decided to get a second opinion. He took the car to Speedy's in Pasadena, and they called him the same day. They told him the fuel pump that had been installed appeared to be either the wrong part for the vehicle or not an appropriate replacement. They fixed the problem for $400, and the car has been running properly ever since. My husband is a disabled veteran with three children at home. We depend on that vehicle every single day. Instead of standing behind their work, Snider cost our family time, money, and unnecessary stress. The most unbelievable part was the way they handled it afterward. When my husband went back to explain what another shop had found, the manager's response was, "That's a Mike problem." Seriously? That's your response after a customer comes back because your repair failed? No accountability. No apology. No concern. Just finger-pointing and excuses. The lack of professionalism is honestly shocking. A warranty means nothing if you're just going to dodge responsibility when something goes wrong. We expected integrity. I had a question regarding the price but she Lured me in to bring in the car in the shop and would refuse to give me price over the phone.
