With so many successful Auto Repairs by Benny's Auto Repair, from our 2008 Tundra, 2006 Altima, 2008 Solara to our 2020 Nautilus we have never had to take any vehicle back for the same issue. Short story: I was emotionally attached to my mom's 2001 Sedan DeVille when she passed away I wanted to have it repaired... Benny, very gently explained the ins & outs of that year model Cadillac which lead to my realization that it wouldn't be practical. (If you read this Benny, thank you!) Others may have let me throw money into the "money pit" but, Benny was upfront and honest with me. Excellent, fast, honest, cost effective service. I highly recommend this Business.

I was told to take the car to Auto Zone and let them put it on the diagnostics machine. Firstly, you work for ME, not the other way around. You are to find out what's wrong with the car, that's not my job. So when I got the paper, they sold me a part that was on the paper. Get back to the shop, and was chastised for the purchase. I was scolded that the paper was "probable" and that the people at AutoZone are NOT mechanics. But, isn't that where you sent me, you jerk? So I get my car and drive down the street and it's smoking and oil is leaking... his attitude is vile, and he didn't offer to assist me further. So, this has been a HORRIBLE, expensive experience. So now, here I am 1200.00 later, and I ending up trading the car because LUXURY AUTO didn't correct the problem, and I drove it, and I took it elsewhere, to be told I am going to have more issues with the vehicle because it wasn't fixed correctly to start with... so STEER clear of ELI and his band of gay mechanics. They suck ass... HARD

For further inspection to finding the problem. once that's over they tell you what's wrong and charge dealership repair fees.. i spent 1717 to get fuel injection put in and and spark plugs, just for a week later my car had same codes and same non starting issues. they find the biggest problem fix it then tell you you can bring it back so they can look at it again just to make more money. i'm dissatisfied because after having my car 4 days they didn't fix the problem they just fixed something other than the problem. i would not suggest this place unless you want to spend a lot of money for nothing.
