They offer you insurance and tracking. My family was able to pick it up in El Paso the following day to take it to Mexico. The second time I sent a 10x14 box that had shoes , socks and underwear. They charged me $17 to ship it. They measure the box and weigh it. Some of the workers can be rude but I try not to let it bother me.
