Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. After FIVE treatments and now spending over $800, we still are seeing them. We finally took matters into our own hands and took apart the bunk beds and found hundreds of live bud bugs and their eggs. WHAT?!? We bought our own spray and sprayed every nook and cranny. They kept saying that it would take some time... They use contract agreements, meaning you have to sign up and pay for 2 years worth of visits. So if the pests go away after a few months, too bad, you can't cancel. If you cancel, they make you still pay for 50% of the remaining visits. "We help you out by covering 50% of the cost of your remaining visits," the guy kept saying, which is hilarious that they think they are helping you. It was suspicious from the start. I got a better quote from Rose Pest Solutions. Rose does NOT use a contract, and the price was more than $100 less. So I called Saela back to cancel. Just to cancel, they transfer you two times so that people can keep trying to change your mind. They asked me so many times "Is there anything we can do to keep your business." So desperate! And it took up a lot of my time just to simply cancel an appointment. Make sure you read reviews and get other quotes to compare before hiring any company!

The team moved everything away from the walls to the middle of the garage and examined the inside. Finding the remains of two nests, they sprayed and removed the debris from the garbage.
