I haven't always been a big coffee drinker, but my girlfriend said there used to be a drink called the Hospital Hill. It's essentially the Honeycomb with Cinnamon. Ever since that day, I've been hooked (I prefer it made hot. Absolute game changer). Not only is the coffee good, but the staff is friendly, personable, and helpful which means a lot to me. There's a lot of staff to name, so I'll leave it off this review, but they have all been exemplary and I believe they make this place great. I highly suggest coming here and grabbing yourself a coffee. It's also a nice and relaxing environment to study or do homework. The lighting is dark enough that it's not interfering too much with whatever activity you're doing in the moment. I will definitely be returning here.

It has that white/sterile + natural decor that is on trend right now, so it feels modern. There is ample seating, benches, chairs, bar seating, and high tops. The space is well-lit, both from overhead lighting and natural light coming in through the front. There was plenty of parking out front as well. The menu is great, with a variety of seasonal coffees and a food menu. Unfortunately, I came in quite hungry for breakfast wtih my coffee, and learned that they're entire food menu was out of stock, aside for a couple of pastries in the cabinet. I had come a long way, and didn't feel like relocating, so I settled for a cinnamon roll, which was okay, but I REALLY wanted to try the vegan breakfast burrito with sweet potatoes. In the back, the coffee shop has a little Christian bookstore, clearly centered around The International House of Prayer (located next door) - so I'm guessing this coffee shop has some sort of connection, too. Do with that information what you will. That said, seems to be a solid coffee shop. If I'm in the area again, I'll give them another try to see if I can catch one of the vegan burritos.

Oh, and you won't want to miss out on their honey lavender lattes. It's my FAVORITE! Just an FYI, if you're looking for a quiet place to sit down and work, this might not be the spot for you. Be sure to check out their Grandview location (located inside the IHOPU Campus off of 71hwy and Main St) for a sweet work + coffee vibe. This Red Bridge location tends to get a bit loud as a LOT of people are bustling in and out of the shop to get their coffee fix. Overall, I love this coffee shop! We came here once before years ago and I remember it being packed then too even though I'm sure it was later in the day. The line moved quickly and they gave you a number after so that you don't have to stand waiting by the counter. They bring your drinks and items out to you while you find a place to sit and wait. I had never seen that before and I really appreciated it. Their menu has upgraded since the last time I came, it's now on two large TV screens that help you read before it's your turn at the counter. They also have a sandwich board with seasonal drinks for those that are looking for something sweeter or with different flavors. I had the Banana Cabana which was my first banana coffee drink ever during this time where they seem to be popping up everywhere. My immediate reaction was that the banana flavoring is not for me. It was still drinkable though, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I don't fault them at all, it was an experimental choice on my part. Next time I will just stick with adding my own flavors to an iced latte. Plenty of seating and despite being crowded, there was a relatively low noise level. They also have plenty of pastry and food options. By the time I left I realized I forgot to order a chorizo breakfast burrito, so I will have to try that next time.
