If I could give a review I will Give it a -5. Back in December I was given a certificate by my fiancé for the brow combo. Which included a free touchup. I tried to schedule my touchup six weeks later. On my way to my appointment I texted her 30 minutes before and I was told that she was sick and I had already lined up a babysitter for my one-year-old. I had gone through the time and money to pay for a babysitter and she had told me she was sick and she had no courtesy to tell me that she was sick. The second time I had scheduled, she told me she got my appointment mixed up with another woman and when I tried to confirm my appointment she said "no wonder the girl was confused". I think she is going through a lot of personal problems but is not my problem to have to deal with it. Anyways, long story short I reached out to her because I had an appointment scheduled for August 14. I know the governor had shut down Salon shops and tattoo shops due to COVID-19. I asked her if I could reschedule my appointment because my appointment was set for August and I knew that tattoo shops and salons were closed down. I was also getting ready to move to Bakersfield and I would like to reschedule she should accommodate me for her mishaps for the last two times. She didn't. She then wrote me and told me because my touchup was going after a 6 to 12 month touchup she would have to charge me for it. I feel like this is fraud. Who in their right mind would do that to someone also during the COVID-19 and her canceling on me two times prior! How is that fair? I warn you. She may tell you that she has 10 years in business, but she is a snake! There is plenty of other women in the area that do brows!!! I would take your money elsewhere. If you buy a combo from her she will just take your money and not do the free touch up and blame it on something that she got sick or she got drunk the night before! Trust me I know. Take your money elsewhere! Update: now she is posting on our personal Facebook page talking crap about me! Nobody even knows the true story! I have contacted her four times! The first two times she had an excuse and cancelled my appointment for my follow up. I had bought my certificate back in December 2019! I'm pretty sure she's not supposed to be working since the governor closed everything down. So technically I was never supposed to come in August 14 for my appointment and she tried to say that I had to pay for it! and I have been rescheduled? And the only reason that I asked if she could see me before I moved, was because she had cancelled on me two times, so I thought maybe it would be a great courtesy of her to work me in. I wasn't demanding at all and I was actually very nice with her. She was very rude and short with me. Long story short she could have been more professional with me and told me sure we can reschedule you to a different time, I know that COVID 19 has affected everybody and I am aware of that. She should have said I'm sorry I have cancelled on you the last two times when you were able to get in to your 6-8 week appointment and you were trying to follow through and I even cancelled on you when you had set up and paid for a babysitter. That probably would have been the more appropriate response. Instead of blasting me on Facebook and talking sh*t about me to everyone! No one knows the real story of what's happening and they are just going off of what she says! I am very livid over this!! I did nothing wrong!!!!!!!! So many people have came out of the woodwork and told me that's what she does. She sells gift certificates (a bunch) and can't follow through on touch ups. It's criminal. read more

Its pretty interesting that you would request people to Yelp you after you would go on facebook and Bully one of the people that really was confused. So what if it was a donated set. Pat your little self on the back for that. I read the way you tried making her look bad but she really had merit to get pissed. You did my eyebrows 5 years ago and i could never get in for the touch up because YOU were either sick or something to do with your daughter. By the time I was able to get an appointment you wanted to charge me. So you weasle out of the 6-8 week free touch up time then charge.. No eyebrow tattoos should need that much touch up time. Awful customer service. Lack of concern when a lousy half *ss job was done they didn't fix it for the client . Her eye brows lasted 2 weeks when Maya was asked to fix the half @ss job. She said she'd fix it for $200.00 if that isn't allow z scammer I don't know what is. read more
