Maya was a pleasure to deal with when setting up my appointment. She accommodates a busy schedule and really tries to get you an appointment at your convenience. Her temporary location was just fine. The room is small but there isn't really a need for much more than she has in there because most of the appointment is spent laying on her table anyway. She was super sweet and made me feel instantly comfortable that I could trust she knew what she was doing. She has a great sense of humor and had me laughing the whole time. Bottom line, it was instant LOVE with my new brows! If you're even considering having your brows microbladed, just do it! You'll be so happy you did! Where do I begin? I had gotten my brows done by a different lady when I moved here over 2.5 years ago and did my best research I possibly could. The lady who had done my brows DID do a good job (although she cut me with a new tool she decided to use on me and then I had a nasty ass scab on my eyebrow for the longest time) and I believe I paid WAY too much. She picked my color, told me how my brows will look, didn't let me speak through much of the apt, let alone pick my eyebrow shape but I had never had my eyebrows microbladed/combo browed before so I didn't know what to expect. I left that apt feeling happy (minus the fact I got cut by her tool) but even after it HEALED I had to keep drawing in my brows. At that point, I didn't want to go back to the lady, so I basically just wasted a shit ton of money for a piss poor job. -.- THENNNNN, I met Maya and my brow game changed forever! I met Maya through her lovely daughter who was tattooing me & my friend. My friend didn't have the greatest brows so I was trying to convince her to get her brows microbladed from Maya. She finally took my advice and has bomb ass brows because of me pushing her to do so. I had to wait a little bit, but I FINALLY got the pleasure to have Maya slay my brows & HOLY MOLY, they are AMAZING!!! Maya walked me through every step of the way, asked ME how I want my brows shaped, gave ME some advice on what would look good for my face & big ass forehead, made sure I was comfortable ANDDD she didn't cut me with a new tool she wanted to test out..the whole experience was different than my first time getting my brows done by the first lady & I couldn't be happier. Although Maya did use her "meat processor" tool and jabby tool to cut my brows to death & wore cool doctor gloves (only she will understand this joke) - I couldn't be any more pleased with the way they turned out. I can't wait to go back for my touch up!! ANDDDDDD, since I was a nervous wreck when I left after my apt, she has been VERY responsive with my questions/concerns even if I made crazy assumptions like my eye brows will fall off if I wash them lol Maya is very sweet & a kick ass lady!!! read more

Brows lasted 2weeks sent pics to Maya she said she'd fix for additional $200. Didn't honer her own gift certificate for $300. Unprofessional,at first nice but rude and insulting once you ask her for some integrity to top it off she usedy face (I asked her not to take any pictures of me she did anyways without my consent after she did I told her"you can keep that picture for your personal file but don't you dare even think about using it online I'm a promotional model I get paid for my work if you want to exchange services you can but do not use it for your advertising.!!) She laughed and agreed,, yet after she found out that the eyebrows only lasted a few weeks and I sent her a picture of the browse completely gone she used my face in her advertising I have all the texts saved as she trying to reason with me saying she only used half my face and nobody would notice completely disrespecting adding insult to injury cuz those brows didn't even last so that's false advertising. I'll gladly show pictures to anybody and everyone in town to ask me where to go as I know I got them fixed by somebody else who were better at what they did at least they have integrity I wouldn't want anyone to share this experience so that's why I leave this message. read more
