I did a walk in today - been thinking about it for a while...- it was a simple tattoo on my wedding finger with our wedding date on the bottom (palm side of the hand) and our initials on the top side of the hand. Mike was there to take care of us we express the design wish and he worked it until it looked as I wanted it to look. Mike was patient with me as I got to the final set work. He did a great job making the tattoo even though going between fingers is not the easiest. OVER ALL great experience by - thanks Mike for the work and the patients. Went there for a second lobe piercing. The guy said he needed to know if we were planning on a third piercing in the future (in which case he'd leave room for it). We said no, and that we wanted a more symmetrical look. Despite that, the second piercing was placed ridiculously close to the first. Not only does it look bad but it's impractical. I'm guessing he knew it was bad because he didn't even hand us a mirror to look at it after. For several weeks after I deliberated what to do. Finally called and he offered to have us come back and he'd redo it. I wasn't super comfortable going back so I asked if we could get a partial refund (we paid $110 plus tip for both ears, and the other ear was almost as bad). He said their policy didn't allow refunds. He was actually very nice and apologized for us being unhappy with it. I feel kinda bad leaving a negative review but for other customers' sake I felt compelled to do so. read more

I have to be super honest here, I never leave reviews but this was the most traumatizing piercing experience I've ever had and I've had a grip. The only redeeming quality is Breezy. But I got the wrong piercing from Jeremiah after I had a very solid consultation with Jeremiah. He seemed to understand exactly what I want and I felt comfortable with him. But not only did he still do a wrong piercing. He did it crooked and couldn't stop shaking. And told people in front of my face that we had a miscommunication when I told him that wasnt the piercing I was asking for. He looked super confused. I was incredibly thorough with specifying what I wanted. Only get pierced by Breezy. That whole experience was so fucked up but she made me feel comfortable and I appreciate her so so much. read more

He was very nice and I thought we had figured it out, but after I left I took a further look at it and the last word is completely messed up. DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE! If I can for-warn anyone who is considering doing it - DO NOT! I got my nose and my labret done at the same time and if I could go back in time I would not have come here. Idk how much experience the piercer has or if he just doesn't really do it anymore but both of my piercings were placed incorrectly. The nose piercing can be seen coming out of my nostril and the Labret was put so diagonally it constantly is getting caught on my teeth when I eat or talk. Not only that he gave me this elaborate story as to why he had to put an INCH long labret piercing in, when in reality it was because he didn't have any other jewelry. I had to go buy my own and put it in AND it still gets caught on my teeeth. The nose piercing was such a tiny too that it slipped into my nose on the third day. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS. I PAID $140 and I probably won't have a choice but to take them both out. read more

Very cute shop, cool atmosphere. I went on Halloween to get a flash tattoo done on my ribs by Dylan. Definitely not my favorite tattoo. He really rushed through it and was super heavy-handed. Basically the whole tattoo is scar tissue because he dug into my skin so much. It's not terrible but it's not good either lol. I got my ear pierced here on Saturday 12/31/22. On Monday morning I woke up to it being very sore. But I thought that might be normal. I woke up Tuesday morning with my ear completely red and swollen. I ended up at urgent care, having to take my earring out. The doctor said it was probably not sterile environment. I called the guy today to let him know I got a bad infection. He told me I should have called him instead of my doctor. If you're a woman, do not go here by yourself. I walked in to get my nose pierced and there were a few other groups in front of me. However, when it got to me, I was alone. The piercing went fine, check out went fine. Then I made the mistake of talking about a back tattoo that I'm working on with a former artist of White Moth. The piercer asked to see a pic because he knows my artist. I showed him and he started making stupid comments about me bringing back a topless photo next time. Dude. I'm a young woman, alone in this shop with you. I trusted you to change my body in a way, and you took advantage of that to try to hit on me. That kind of crap is not ok!!!!!!! There is an unspoken trust between artist and recipient and you broke it. I will never be back here again for any more work. read more

The shop is clean and the artist are friendly and helpful. I went for an initial tattoo, and I took the letter of what exactly I wanted. My tattoo was not what I requested. All I can say is to do your homework. Ask for the artist portfolio and pictures of precious work. My artist was Anthony, I am not sure if he is still an apprentice as his hands were shaking.
