She took time to explain the procedure to not only my wife, but to me as well. She allowed me to accompany my wife for support. Carolyn's background in nursing blends well with her unparalleled artistry & personally developed techniques to make for a sterile, virtually painless, comfortable, and overall wonderful experience. Carolyn's passion to help others reach their individual permanent cosmetic goals are met by using her unique and highly sought after skill set. We still cannot believe we found someone who possesses all of the necessary and highly specialized skills in nursing, artistry, business, and who also has such a wonderful personality, exercised extreme patience, has unprecedented passion, and genuinely cares about others - all, which is so evident in her work and how she manages her office. She is organized and very timely, which was also appreciated and helped my wife feel more comfortable as we did not spend any time waiting. My wife's self-esteem went from a 2 to a 10 immediately after the procedure. You cannot put a price on that. We both cried as we witnessed the miraculous work Carolyn performed for my wife to create my wife's new eyebrows she'd lost due to health reasons.
