I tried 3 separate times to log onto her orientation requirement and couldn't get on. If you ask her for help, she's very condescending and just blames the entire issue on you. If you ask to come to the school to get info in person, she tells you if you come to the school, you won't get help. You'll be turned away. You can't ask her a question over the phone about school. She just redirects you back to the website. Now imagine you're in school here, $40k under in loans and you have a question about anything educational related and being told to go look at the website or they can't help you. It's pretty obvious they're severely understaffed and overwhelmed. I would not come here. You'll feel like you just threw away $40k and Isabella will be laughing at you.

The program is accredited, which is great. Dr. Suhad is an amazing professor. She is down to earth and just brilliant. I couldn't imagine learning about sonography from anyone else. Melissa, my clinical coordinator, is very encouraging and I appreciate all of her help during my clinicals. I want to be 100% transparent about my time here at SUI so I will also speak about some things that can be improved on. I believe that better communication and full transparency will take this program to the next level. I think that the amazing staff, like Dr. Suhad and Melissa, are taking on a lot of responsibility and if their burden was shared with possibly more staff, the program would be so much more amazing. There are a few other kinks not worth mentioning but I know that SUI is already done some steps to make the next cohort's experience better than what mine was so I know they are very well capable of greatness. She refused to grade my essay regardless of the fact that I followed the rubric, and had citations from the required and scholarly sources directly supporting my thesis. She refused to grade my essay because she personally disagreed with my thesis. Please DO NOT waste your time with this college unless your goal is to become a cosmetologist or hair stylist. The classes are not tranferable to an accredited community, or state college, and are certainly not transferable to a UC.

I went through the entire program and passed both my law and trade exams. Study material was…read moredecent, online classes were a joke, and their customer service was the worst part. They weren't rude or anything they just aren't there to answer any questions or respond in a reasonable time. I tried calling, never gotten through, left voice and emails, and it'll be random whether I get a return message or call back. The "online classes" in quotes cause it was just some old guy reading a PowerPoint that they included in the study guide so if you want a 60 year old man with an accent to read a PowerPoint to you that you could of read yourself then you can call it a class. I paid around $1000, this is what I got. You can decide if you think it's worth it. Three or four "online classes", a study binder with material on law and your trade, and 6 months of access to practice tests with about 300ish different questions. The tests themselves aren't that much help with the actual tests. The study guide helped a lot.

AutoCAD Civil 3D is what I use and is not an easy piece of software to learn. However, the training I received from Cad Masters has been extremely helpful in making me a productive employee for the City. Furthermore the ongoing support I've received over the years from Cad Masters has been at least as valuable as the initial training itself, if not even more so. To this very day I still consult with Cad Masters when I encounter difficult AutoCAD and Civil 3D software drafting problems; although I will admit that my calls to consult with them now are much fewer in number as I've learned so much from them about how to properly execute the functions within the software.
